Excellent customer service. It's always nice to go into a business, and you're greeted with a smile and a hello. I had called the night before to order a part, and they said they would have it in by 8 am. Called the next morning, my part was there, like they said.

My employer has an account at this location, and am I happy they do! I'm always greeted promptly, offered great options of products, and provided assistance to load my vehicle. Every employee, and the ownership needs tom be commended for the great personal service they provide every customer.

Mo roe napa might not have every part when I need it but they can get it within reasonable time and can get it right the first time . No unnecessary parts don't fit return B/S. Keeping it simple so the competition looks stupid. Napa your friendly neighborhood competent auto parts store.

Went to this NAPA for the first time and I'll be going back. They had the best service I've seen in Monroe for auto parts. They asked me immediately if I needed help in finding something. Rather than pointing to somewhere they came across the counter and showed me the location then started point out options. Thanks for the great seevice and helping me get in and out as quickly as possible.

"Bolt Bins" Yep! The only auto parts store in town where you can either match the bolt you need or upgrade to a higher strength or Grade of bolt, nut, washer, stud, etc.. Large selection of OEM & Aftermarket parts. And the only place to get 3 pairs of gloves for around $10 that are Durable & Dexterous.

I work up in Stevens Pass and I had a brand new windshield wiper blade fly off in the rain! They were so awesome and refit me with new blades and refunded me! You will be my auto go to for life! You guys rock! Excellent customer service!

Far Above and Beyond what you'd expect from an auto parts store.
From finding out why my old exhaust manifold mount bolts on my 454 didn't match either metric or sae threads (excessive heat and torque stretching the old bolts) and having a wide selection of studs & bolts on hand to find a suitable solution to watching them fill radiator fluid for an elderly lady who stopped by but didn't buy anything from them to their extensive knowledge of parts makes this Napa Auto Part in Monroe my go-to parts store.

I've always liked this NAPA, typically Have the parts I need and can get them fast if not. I trust the NAPA brand parts better than the other part houses like Orilies, Auto Zone ECT. If you get your car fixed at a Mechanic, he's most likely using NAPA Parts.

Great people. Often I come there without knowing exactly what I need and they are patient and keep asking questions untill we find the part I am looking for.

Bought some break pads that didn't fit. They were super helpful by getting the correct one for me by that afternoon. Exchanged without any issues.

NAPA provides awesome service & good pricing - I spend a lot of money on parts every month in my line of work (heavy specialized construction) and NAPA gets a large chunk of that because they're good to their customers and on time with deliveries.
