I went there looking for a specialty battery for my generator, and the sales associate acknowledged that while they had batteries that would work, what they had wasn't designed for what I needed. Rather than just selling me something, he told me where to go get the right battery. I ended up saving some money and getting what I needed. Thank you for the honest trustworthy service. If I need something I feel confident that I'll get what I actually need.

Staff is super funny and super nice. Awesome people and super helpful. Came there for my Nissan Skyline. Helped me find parts and recommended to another store! They had some parts as well and guided me completely. Recommend this store!

We needed to replace a battery for our generator, and the person working there found one that would work but knew it did not perform well in cold weather, so sent us to Pacific battery instead. They had the perfect replacement and we didn't know to go there. Honest and caring workers that are interested in helping the customer vs. just making a sale. We did buy some other needed part and highly recommend them if you need anything.

Almost done you get ArmorAll Disinfectant to clean everything really good as you put back together so it makes it look I got at AutoZone you don't rush if you want your vehicle looking nice if you do the work and not like a shop that throws it back together and just gives it a quick wipe down without removing the grease

So impressed with this AutoZone! The staff is friendly and efficient. After having both my headlight bulbs go out at 8 pm and having to drive with my brights on, the next day Brian installed new bulbs and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. Way cheaper than the dealership and way faster!

I needed assistance with a headlight for my older vehicle. Being of an older vintage myself, I really appreciated the customer service received from Brian Stone in the Monroe, WA store! He not only gave me advice on some head lamp issues I had, but installed the bulbs & recommended a cleaning product for clarity. He did it all without overselling or talking down to me. I really appreciate that degree of attention and help!

Very surprised with the employees and managers here. Kind of reminded me of a much simpler time: I was greeted with a smile and genuine concern for whatever I needed help with. The manager spoke fluent Spanish. The employees absolutely helped everyone in the store in a highly congenial and respectful manner. Although this shop is not very close to where I actually live. I will be going back there in the future because this shop has great people working in it! That means a lot to a consumer like myself.

I came into auto zone my car was having issues starting when I got I was immediately greeted by Jake he said he could test the battery, alternator and starter at no cost to me he determined it was my battery was bad he gave me some suggestions without any pressure I ended up buying a battery he installed it as well and I was done in about 15 minutes I will definitely go back Jake was awesome helpful and professional thanks for the help

Nelson and Taylor were professional, helpful and friendly. Nelson tested my car free, and installed the battery I bought with no charge to install it. Great service and saved me a lot of trouble of installing it myself. Excellent! Highly recommended AutoZone location.

When my car battery was reported dead by mechanic, I called autozone they explained they gave me a new battery only a month ago. They swapped batteries for no extra charge thx to my phone#. They saved me a new battery and service fees. Great place.

My 16 year old daughter recently went to Autozone in Monroe to replace a burned out headlight. Taylor and the other employees helped her and even installed it for her. Thank you for your kindness and patience. You made what for her was a nervous experience into a great one! She had nothing but nice things to say about all of you!

I am now a true believer that AutoZone is the very best for Knowledgeable staff, parts reliability and also mail order. They also do a great job locating parts. Best Google app too.
SEPT 2021 UPDATE: Taylor is the "Goto Guy". Always able to figure out which part you need based on the symptoms you describe.
