The young man didn't have the game system I needed but quickly found another location that had it in stock. He also informed me to call and check and go immediately or buy online from that site to ensure my son had a happy 10th birthday! He then handed me a piece of paper with store location that had the X Box in stock. I will return again.

We travel past several other Game Stop stores to visit and do business at this location. The customer service is beyond fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure that all of your needs are taken care of.

Went in for their early Black Friday event on Thanksgiving. I had stopped in and spoke to sales associates days before, preparing for the purchase of a Nintendo Switch. Part of the Thanksgiving Black Friday reward was a $25 coupon that you could use same day on an additional purchase. Come the day of the event (and after purchasing the $300 handheld game console) I was not allowed to use the coupon towards additional purchases. This would have made me give a average or poor rating, but a gave a 5 star because... 1)Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. 2)Organization. The staff was organized and prepared for a busy Thanksgiving. They had a line form to the right. They had associates prepared at the registers and on the floor. We waited a long time, but that was do to disorganized customers. Not the fault of staff or Gamestop. We ended up getting more than we had actually planned on due to having such great deals. Wished I could give a 10 star rating, I was very pleased. The staff at Gamestop made what could have been a horrible experience, a fantastic one instead.

It was well worth the 1.5 drive to get the elusive Coral Nintendo Switch Lite. Associate was so helpful in purchasing additional games, adding the warranty and making sure we were satisfied with our purchase.

This is THE GameStop, my fellow gamers. Incredible customer service, they will go above and beyond to find deals for you as well as help you with browsing. They are also all incredibly sweet and super knowledgeable on new games and deals. Even though I had a stressful time, they made it so much better and helped me in every step of the way. I can’t recommend this place enough, you guys rock!

I use this location exclusively. It's organized, quiet, very clean, and has just in general been a pleasant experience every time I've been there. I've traded two consoles, a controller, and numerous games to them, as well as purchased many more.

I was having a problem with the game content I paid for on mortal combat X and why none of the characters were on there but THANKS to Jennifer at the store who was the first in all my years of buying games to actually help me. I would recommend this store over all because Jennifer will make sure all customers are satisfied and I was treated very well. Thanks again Jennifer.
