this new location has the best staff. my server Kayla is very cool and thorough. Everybody bringing up the food is very friendly especially Ethan. He is always smiling and ready for a conversation. highly recommend this location.

By far one of our best experiences since moving here to Texas. We came for dinner a family of 4, our server was excellent (Connor). He provided top tier service and was super personable. Our food was really good, we order two surf and turf’s, twin lobster tail meal and cheeseburger meal for the little one. We will definitely be back.

The food was soo good. The steak was perfect I’ve honestly never had a steak so good. The burger was so soft and had so many great flavors. The macaroni was beautiful and tasted as good as it looked. Our waitress Danica was so sweet and attentive. The Cesar salad had the Parmesan mixed in it and then on top and I just love that effort and attention to detail especially as a cheese lover. . Julian even came by when my lettuce was forgotten and was a very nice guy and gave off a very professional energy that you could tell reflected on the restaurant. The rest of the staff was so nice and attentive. We had a great time.

OMG MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. The host/greeter was very polite and attentive. My server was spot on he made sure my meal was exactly what I ordered. CHELSEA was a beautiful spirit and super relatable with following up making sure expectations were exceeded. I will most definitely be back 🤞🏽🤧

The food here was so good! Kayla was an outstanding server and we very much enjoyed the experience! We both had ribeye steak and appetizers of blooming onion and coconut shrimp. Everything came out prompt and hot. Drinks were delicious (I had the spicy Rita—very spicy)
We will definitely be back!

The new Outback is perfect! It's swanky & family friendly & happy hour perfect & delicious! I got the Boomarita margarita flight & I would highly recommend. Ricardo was the best waiter! We had amazing full service with helpful staff! Will go again soon!!

Lynette was our waitress and she was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She catered to our every want/need and went above and beyond to interact with us and make our experience at the outback steakhouse the best first time experience! Her personality was amazing and would DEFINITELY recommend!

1st time at this location to use a gift card we got for Christmas and it was all great! From the moment we walked in the greeter was so sweet and helpful to a big crowd standing around. Even managers and host were asking how we were. It made our 20 min wait go by quickly and pleasant. My boyfriend and I were really hungry so we wanted to place all our orders at once and all of it came out so fresh and perfect timing. We didn’t feel rush to enjoy each stage of our meal and once we were finished with one the next thing came. It was a nice date night on a busy Friday night and I was super impressed with the staff! Shout to our waiter Juan R who did a great job serving us! We will definitely come again!

We had a absolutely awesome time at Mother's day lunch. Our waitress Logan was the very best. Very attentive and on top of our every need. Tool great care of us! Food was all delicious! The Mothers day cards/ coupons and photo opp back drop were an added bonus! The manager Chelsea came by multiple times as well to check in and say hello. Definitely will be back and Make it a Mother's day ritual!

I haven’t been to an Outback in many years and decided to go for a Saturday night dinner. I was immediately greeted by the sweetest host, Kie. She was polite and kind as she walked us to our seats and though the restaurant was pretty busy, there was no wait. The server Connor was very attentive to our requests and was knowledgeable of the menu. Even the owner, Mr. House, came by our table to ensure we were enjoying our meal. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Outback Allen and will definitely return.

Dylan was AMAZING!!!! he knows what he's doing, cas my son wasn't all that excited about missing school due to a dentist appt... Thx so much, will be back to visit!!! Great experience and the service was wonderful. Danica was very attentive and our meals were excellent. There was a minor error with a gluten free meal in the kitchen, but it was quickly resolved. Also, they have an extensive gluten free menu and our celiac family members didn't have any issues.

Went here the other night to celebrate my anniversary and had a great time. I am normally not a big fan of chain restaurants but I must admit I did enjoy myself. My server Kayla really made our night special. She was super sweet, attentive, and knew a lot about the menu. I will be back soon when Kayla is there!

Loved the atmosphere, nice layout, great staff! Customer service was top notch, our server Sam was very knowledgeable in drink and food suggestions. She checked on us several times, food came out fast and hot, drinks were refilled without having to ask. Had a six ounce sirloin with coconut shrimp!

This is far the best steakhouse! I'm glad I found my new place. The staff was very friendly and fast. The food was just so good! We also met the owner and he was so nice and attentive with us. I'll be back!

My wife took me out to dinner for my Birthday. From the time we walked in , doors opened for us . Smiling faces. Seated promptly. David was our server. Excellent service, personable. Took our drink orders . Brought bread to our table. Served drinks , took our food orders. Food was served in a timely manner cooked perfectly . After we finished David and another server brought me a dessert for my Birthday. Manager came over to say Happy Birthday and check on the service we received. In a time where customer service is lacking in most places this was a great experience. Job well done. We will be back.
