Rowan The Shoppes at Bethesda

Brought our six months old baby girl into the Bethesda locations. The staff was awesome!!! I highly recommend bringing your little one in for her first piercing. So happy we did…she looks gorgeous with her new sparkle.

This location recently opened and my daughter asked to have her ears pierced before her 5th birthday. I took her in today and Michelle was absolutely amazing. Not only was it wonderful just talking to her, she was so gentle and warm with my 5 year old! I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!

The shop is clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. They took their time with earring placement, checking and double-checking that they would be symmetrical before piercing. They made my child feel calm throughout the process. Plus, since two nurses were working, they were able to pierce both of her ears at the same time. I would definitely recommend Rowan in Bethesda to anyone wanting to get their ears pierced.

Myrna worked her magic and I had three piercings before I knew it. Virtually painless and quick! I love the piercings and the special care that Myrna took to ensure my ear lobe piercings were even. She also helped me select piercing earrings and they definitely contribute to creating the bling I was aiming for. Lexy was also sweet and informative and kindly weighed in on the placement of my piercings / earrings. The spaces are clean and bright and the staff extremely professional. I am absolutely sold on Rowan. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for ear piercings! Like Arnold Schwarzenegger, “I’ll be back”! 👍🫶

Awesome experience. Everyone was super friendly, informative, and made me feel very comfortable. Had my baby with me, and one of the girls was entertaining him while I was getting pierced, which was a huge help! Everything was super clean, such a cute store, and so happy with my new sparkle! Definitely will come back again!

I decided to just walk in and check it out. The reception was so kind and mentioned that they have walk-ins so I made an appointment. I had a wonderful experience. Myrna was fantastic. She was very professional and knew what would look best for my ears. She took her time with the placements and I couldn’t be happier.

Phenomenal shop, they were amazing with our daughter. We were so impressed with the company overall that we drove from NJ to have her ears pierced. They comforted her, explained the process, and did both ears at the same time. Very helpful with earring selection and cleaning instructions afterwards.

My experience at Rowan was absolutely phenomenal. Every one who works here was so so so friendly and kind, so good with the kids. The actual piercing did not hurt, and honestly felt like a small pinch.

Place is clean, the receptionist are nice and can answer any questions. My piercer was knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, explained the perfect placement of my piercings. I would recommend Rowan to any friend and will be going back for more piercings.

Excellent experience! I came in for a cartilage piercing and got some advice on what would work best for my ears. Piercings are very personal and specific to the anatomy of your ear so I really appreciated the advice I got. I ended up getting a snakebite on my right cartilage and I love it. Considering all my other piercings were done at the mall in like 2012…. I’m thrilled we as a society have made strides and have businesses like this. I would definitely recommend coming here for a clean, and safe environment! Myrna was amazing and I’ll be back in the future :)

Everyone was so friendly! Steph spent time thoroughly walking me through the process, so much so I got over my hesitation of ever getting another piercing to getting one on the spot! It also felt extra reassuring that a nurse was doing the piercing!

First, I want to start off by saying the entire staff we experienced on today was absolutely Ahhhhmazing!! Myrna was my nurse and she was very professional, polite and considerate with my worry about pain. Raven and Jonette were also very polite and professional and very helpful with understanding the process and helping us pick out jewelry. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience!! I will be returning!!

This place was great! I was a walk in and they had no issues accommodating me. The earring selection was beautiful, the nurse piercing me friendly, helpful, and best of all quick! It was almost entirely painless.
