Crossroads Ace Hardware

Great experience. I went looking for a chainsaw and couldn't find it on the shelf but one of the employees there, I believe his name was Steve walked to the shelf and sure enough it was there, I just didn't see it. That was my first time in the store and now it's going to be my go to hardware store from here on. Great customer service.

I went there today to pick up 20 bags of mulch. They were SO friendly and kind. The store looks welcoming and clean. The gentleman that helped me load the mulch did so with a smile on his face. I was in and out of there WITH two small kiddos in 5 minutes. They do an incredible job at this location and I will refer every one to head their way!!

Always get friendly service here, and they almost always have what I need. Great hardware selection!

I have had bad experiences with this Ace hardware in the past, so I stopped going for a while. But yesterday I needed potting soil so I went to give it a try and the new owner/manager was WAYYY more accommodating than previous ones. He was super friendly, helped me find what I needed, and honored a sale price for me that I didn't realize you had to be a member of their rewards club for. I would like to give props to him (Rob) for being great with customer service. We sat there and chatted for a bit about big companies vs. small ones. I didn't realize all the Ace's were mom and pop owned. That explains some of the pricing differences, and I would rather support small businesses in general, but everything is so costly right now. That being said, the rewards program looks pretty good, they have decent sales that random customers can't get access to and it is free after all. This place is a LOT closer to where I live than Home Depot or Lowe's so as long as Rob is around I'm going to try to keep going there. This guy tried to build a relationship with a customer which is HUGE to me, I worked in customer service for a long time and building a "regular" client base is always important for sales, especially small companies. Also- he loaded up my soil for me. Great guy, really. I hope this store keeps him!!

All sorts of powersports products are now available at the Ace Hardware off Dallas Acworth Hwy through the double doors in the back!

Today was my first time coming to this location. Not only was the store clean and easy to navigate, but the customer service received from Mr. Scott and Bryce was top tier! I only needed a few keys made today, but I recommend this location for all your building supply needs!

Wow! Great service, with a smile and genuine appreciation for my business. I needed two keys made. I had a cute guitar shaped one already that I needed cut, which they happily cut for free. It was so refreshing to do business with someone who was glad I was there. It was so nice to not have to deal with the craziness of Home Depot or Lowe's. Ace is now my place! 🤗

This review is long over due. I purchased an item from this store, not a cheap item, and it failed to meet my expectations. I went back to the store and found out that the manufacturer did not stand behind the item even remotely. The employees had no idea what to make of it, but the owner went to bat and not only got me a replacement, but even an upgrade. I don't want to go into to much detail because I don't want other to abuse their generosity, but they went above and beyond. Literally left me speechless. Much love, and definitely worth your patronage.

Had a great experience today at Ace Hardware while I was out with my son!! The staff was amazing and helped load everything into the back of the truck while I got my little one buckled in. Couldn’t ask for better service!!

You could drive past it without knowing as it's on a small rise and set back off of the road but I was headed by on my way to Home Depot when I saw it and decided to give them a chance. Since then I've been back several times. Each time there has been at least one person willing to help find what you are looking for. Everyone seemed very helpful & knowledgeable. Everything I've bought has been reasonably priced and they seem well stocked.

I am a Service Technician in the printing industry and whether I'm shopping for my job or for home projects this Ace Hardware always has everything that I could ever need and some. The staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable on their inventory. I highly recommend for anyone looking for their project needs!

Super friendly staff - Rob and Morgan were awesome and they have everything you need from nuts and bolts to cleaning supplies to a mean caramel fudge at the check out. Mainly I love this place because it’s close and my husband doesn’t drag me through the large hardware stores (that shall not be named here) for hours on end.🛠

The best community store Robert the general manager is the best person you can meet and also his staff Daniel any the rest of them are just the best people and service. I stop by the store just to say hi because that's how good the service and the people are .
