GNC

I went in already knowing what I wanted, found it immediately. I was greeted as soon as I came through the doors by the Employee and Manager (and not that uncomfortable its my job hurry up and shop greet lol it seemed genuine 😀). I was here for about 5 mins, I wasn't feeling that great and they both had tips for me to get better. Great customer service, very satisfied, would definitely recommend and shop here again.

Al was extremely helpful! He looked up the vitamins I used to purchase and then made some recommendations, gave a sample of something to think on based in his discovery. At 55 and just coming off covid, not being able to workout for some time and not feeling myself, his encouragement and professionalism far outweighed the price of the vitamins. Well done, young man.

I always get Vitamins after my Sweet and Sour Chicken at Happy Dragon.

I am a GNC fanatic first off, and I was throughly disappointed in the lack of their selection. We always go there to buy our vitamins, but this one did not have every thing we usually buy.

Too expensive. Rewards arent rewards

This review is for their phone services - I was going to order from GNC online for specific brand protein powder in a specific flavor but for the flavor it said "verify/check with store for stock" so I called the store to ask if they did have it in stock prior to placing my online order for pickup later that afternoon. No answer.
Ok they must be busy, I'll try again later that afternoon. To summarize, I had called them on different days over the last few days from Thursday to today within their business hours, and each time I called it rang and rang until I got their voicemail. I chose not to leave a voicemail each time. I am very patient, but this is a little much. I tried them again this morning and no answer yet again. I decided to move on and try calling the Georgetown GNC (15 min away drivetime for me) and they answered within the second ring.
I will drive the extra drive time to go to the Georgetown location.

You should not leave a business card stating you will be back in 10 minutes and then a half hour later you’re still not back! Be honest and say he’ll be back in 30 minutes or one hour .

Haven't trusted GNC for many years. It's a flashy, high impact marketing lab that won't go away. Other than caffeine, I still fully believe most of their products are about as useful as sawdust.

It's crazy how many people are saying the same thing. You would think this would've been addressed by now. Nope, here I am, dotor is locked, lights are on, and business hours posted indicate the store is open.
