DICK'S Sporting Goods

I came into this Dick’s Sporting Goods and was very kindly greeted by this young teenage man. He used great manners and his hospitality was above and beyond. This young man’s name was Mason. He helped me find everything I needed, he was patient and he is just a great man all-around. I know he has a bright future and Dick’s Sporting Goods has done an amazing job teaching their employees how to be outstanding people. Thank You!

Great experience today. A worker named Matthew could tell I was having trouble looking for something and didn’t hesitate to help me. He went to the back and got what I needed since it wasn’t out on the floor.

Shoe dept is the Best, Nick & Dakota the two salesman that helped me where simple amazing. Best help I’ve had in a shoe department in a long time . Both where knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Would highly recommend these two young men wind looking for the right shoes for any purpose .

Been years since I had been to Dick’s, just not one close to me now; so went in today very clean store and good deals and new items of interest, but what won me over was the great cashier and service. I felt at home and the great things I bought I will be back about a 30 minute drive but so worth it or could shop online if weather is inclimate

I went to the Lexington Hamburg store to purchase helmets for our youth football league (in an adjacent county) as we were short. The store didn’t have exactly what we needed, however the manager Shawn was trying to be as helpful as he could. He offered to get them from the other Lexington location, order for us, etc. While he was busy building an end cap I pestered him a few times with questions. I ended up taking almost his entire inventory and then asked him to give us the same discount that our local store gave us on equipment. Without hesitation Shawn followed me to the register to ensure the transactions went smoothly. He is a great guy and while I’m personally not a big fan of Dick’s Sporting Goods, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit Shawn’s store again to get what I need to purchase!

Christian the golf guy, is a fantastic employee who is very personable. Great experience buying father’s day gifts and head covers.

Dylan and Caleb were very helpful and patient. They straightened out a problem with my online purchase that took them a while and a few calls to their customer service people. They stuck with it and got it fixed. They were so friendly even though it was almost closing time. Thanks to a couple of guys that care about their customers.

Ordered some items online...very fast and efficient to pick up...will use online ordering again. Got great prices on a few items as well so we'll worth it to order and pick up after work. Just go to the kiosk and scan your online receipt...someone will bring right out to you. I also like that they ask for identification!

Great place you can get almost anything here.
I love when they have there sales on fishing equipment.

I went here to purchase a fitbit blaze because they had the best sale. The cashier was friendly and helped me get the fitbit. The store was clean and another member of staff helped me find where the fitbit was located. I would go back.

Always very clean and organized, i prefer this store to the one at mall due to ease of getting in/out of store & parking lot without sacrificing selection.

Emilee was so helpful in helping my wife find shoes. She needed a special style of shoe and Emilee helped her with several options.

I needed some shoes and the young man in the shoe department really helped me out. They had the size I needed and I walked out a happy camper.

The cashier was very helpful, assisted a child times with price checks and was very pleasant.
