Noelle, took care of us. It’s better to come in person and see what specials they have. Noelle was able to give me a better price overall over the competitor(Hahns) and we are previous customers at the 21st/Garnett location with Kitchen Aide 5 burner Gas Range since around about 2019. During the range delivery/setup was amazing and we look forward to the new addition to our family!!! Noelle offer information about Snap financing and suggested eBay in case we want to put the dryer on a pedestal. Praying to God that on vent, hoses will carry over, if not the guys will come with connections for a good price.

I have issues with our Maytag washer machine. Contact this (Friday) company due of a friends recommendation. They were busy, of course, and the service manager told me that they are booked up until Tuesday. Technician arrived on Tuesday, I asked for his name and he told me his name is Luke. Then, I knew the Force is strong on this one. He patiently and politely showed what he was doing at every step of the way. He was very honest and I appreciate that. He wasn't acting like an individual selling something for a commission (I used to work on A/C). Fair charge for the call. He used the Force on the Washer Machine and its working like new.

Ive always gone to J and J with my grandma to find what she needs. This time it was a fridge, the last time it was a washer and dryer. They even remembered who we are. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

This was the easiest appliance shopping I've ever experienced. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Walked me through everything and made it so easy. Took only 30 min to help me pick out my washer, dryer, and refrigerator to be delivered ASAP.

Purchased a used washer on 14FEB24. Missed out on a previous washer I had shopped the previous day but found another that suited my needs. Staff was very friendly and were helpful in assisting me. So far,...so good.

We had searched several places for hours for a washing machine for a good quality and a good price. We were able to find one as soon as we walked in. Ethan came to my Condo to fix my 13 year old washer. His customer service skills were on point. As well as his knowledge on troubleshooting and fixing the problem. I have been a customer with J and J for many years. J and J also financed a gas range and refrigerator through their SNAP program. I highly recommend you pay the finance charge off within 90 days on that 91st day if it is not paid off the charges basically double! “OUCH” Other than that, I recommend you to give them a try! I went to the E. Pine location to purchase a washer and dryer. Jonni was professional and kind. She was very honest about first having her technician to look at my washer and dryer before having to purchase a new one. Jonni tried to save me some money. Unfortunately, it cost too much to repair my old stackable dryer and washer. I had to purchase a new one with J and J. I was very satisfied with the great customer service. My experience was great! 😊
