Was just in printing something as a gift for a friend (12/27/23 - helped by a curly haired guy and a girl named Christy - maybe?!). They were helpful in getting it formatted and printed but I somehow managed to bend the print somewhere between leaving staples and my front door! Went straight back and they reprinted it for me with no charge and were really kind about it! Great and friendly customer service and I’m very grateful!

Just called this location, and Tracy picked up. She was absolutely delightful! She was able to answer all my questions promptly and was so nice!

Gaby quickly took my order in and recommended the best way to print my project. She called me as soon as it was finished which was a lot quicker than I expected.

I went in for a return to Amazon since it was at a convenient location for me on a day for errands and was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Was given a coupon for using their service there too which is a good incentive to shop there, and the store had a great layout too with ease of moving through the aisles.

I go here on a regular basis and I'm always treated with respect, helped by polite and very helpful employees, and the store is well equipped and maintained. I've had many great shopping experiences here and I'll continue to shop here.

I came to the Euless Staples today because the store close to my home did not have the printer cartridge that I needed. Shamyl was the cashier who checked ne out. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional I will be driving the extra miles to come to this store in the future. Blessings to Shamyl.

Needed some photos scanned in to build a slide show for a family funeral. Chase went over and beyond to help me out and make sure we had the best quality photos to work with. Blown away with how great this place is!

I struggled for years with the poor service over at the competition (who shall remain nameless but whose initials are OD) but the first time I shopped at Staples I was "sold" and have now been loyal for several years. This Staples in particular is excellent - clean, well-stocked, and competent staff. I had one the tech guys, John, spend half an hour finding me the right video adapter for my laptop. Great store!

We went in to buy a writing desk. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I was approached by at least two employees separately to ask if I needed any help. The desk that we wanted was not in stock at the store but the staff not only checked the inventory at other nearby store but also called them to make sure he doesn't send me to the store without verification.

Awesome customer service! A sales associate by the name of Trent helped us track down a desk we were looking for. He even called all the stores in the area to see if they had it, once he found it he made sure that we were going to get it. Just awesome!

Dean was great. Helped me get my new labeled shipped to my house. Great customer service. I will be returning for my office supplies.

As much as I love the speed and convenience of buying office equipment online, sometimes you just need to have a conversation with someone who knows what they're talking about. I just bought an HP Officejet Pro 8600 all-in-one printer from Staples and my decision was made vastly easier by my conversation with Austin.

Austin was able to tell me all of the pros and cons of each printer: which one sucks up printer ink the fastest, which one is returned to the store most often, which has the lowest cost per page, etc. He also pointed me to a very inexpensive no-questions-asked replacement plan if my printer ever breaks down.

If everyone at Staples knows their office equipment like Austin, my equipment buying decision is, by default, Staples.

Great customer service, Staples!

Staples really impressed me with customer service today. I found a chair I wanted in the Euless store, but they only had the display. They checked for nearby stores, and Southlake had plenty. We went there and were in and out in 5 minutes.

A good selection of office chairs. I decided on a chair and Rohina got it from the back and even helped me load it in the back of the truck. Thanks for you assistance.

Looking for unusual things? They have a website with a lot more. The guy who helped us found what we were looking for in the store and he showed us many more things that would work, on line.
