Rey's Used Appliances

I found them through FB marketplace, which can be nerve-wracking, but right from our initial interactions they put my mind at ease. I needed a washer/dryer set to stack and fit in my laundry closet, so it didn't really matter what they looked like, as long as they worked well and was very inexpensive. They were able to put together a set that was not matching colors, but worked well and fit together and the price was significantly less expensive than anything else I'd found. Because I didn't know anything about them. It was a little scary to just give them my credit card over the phone, but I was sent pictures, contact info and just about anything else I asked for to put my mind at ease. They had next day availability to not only drop off and install them, but also take my old unit with them!
Although they arrived a little later than discussed, they were easy to reach and keep in touch with through the process. The men he sent to do the install were very kind and efficient and got everything done in a timely fashion. They even started the machines up to show me how to use them and show they were installed correctly and working.
These days, you can't be too careful, scams are everywhere, but Rey's used appliances were wonderful to deal with and really put me at ease. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

Rey was very responsive and professional. Went above and beyond to provide me with a wonderful oven just in time for the holidays. I would highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend Rey’s used appliances. My family had an issue with two refrigerators where one had an ice/water dispenser issue and the other was a water leakage. We called Rey, he came and fix right away. Rey is very reflexible with his schedule and will do everything he can to get the repair done. His prices for repair are very reasonable. Rey does his job really well as a salesmen and a repair main. Rey didn’t disappoint me. I would recommend if you are opening a nail shop, hair salon, or other businesses that require appliances please seek Rey’s shop for used and new appliances. I would give Rey beyond 5 stars.

The service I received was excellent. The prices were fair and the owners are nice enough. All in all the experience was better than I expected.

Good deal so far. I bought a set last week. Called and the number was incorrect around the number on sale receipt. No warranty is written out but it is given. If something happens they will fix it and or replace it with something comparable in stock. May make some people uneasy. As will all things used - it is a gamble. As of right now everything is working and is good. They did install it and they dropped it off the day they would because I gave them a gentle reminder. I was told that they were backed up hence the reason it was not done earlier in the day.
It though worked out. They sell a lot things daily so they are doing something right. If though you have a bad experience exercise your rights after talking to them.
Nice people though.

Nothing good to pick from other than stainless steel.

I bought a stainless steel stove from rays which was beautiful got it home and it only worked for a month it costed me 450 when I called him back to let him no the stove was cutting off he did come out said he will fix it but never came back I called never answered back so I call him from a different number when he picked up I asked why he never came back he then told me he don't have the parts to fix my stove Be careful when dealing with this man He will not fix or replace your items and I had to buy another stove what a waste of money when I spent 1000 with him

Purchased a washer. Drove 3 hours round trip. I was assured it was tested and that it was trouble free. Leaked 1st time we used it.

Buyer Beware with these guys.

Bought a washer and it broke in less than 2 months. Called and said he was going to get back to me and nothing, next day said he was going to show up and AGAIN Nothing! They are now in West Springfield.

I just bought a refrigerator and a dryer. They only delivered the fridge and it's not working. Keep calling and texting no answer. I'm still waiting on my dryer. Poor costumer service and the run arounds.
