The Grandma's House Cafe

When they first opened they had some issues. Those are all worked out now. The food is great here. I have been for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The shrimp and grits are phenomenal! The ribeye is juicy and flavorful. I’d definitely recommend giving them a try!

New edit 5/12/2024- This place has one employee who is an absolute superstar. His name is Nathan. He is the best server I’ve ever had. He even suggested I get my old favorite shrimp and grits Cajun style which were amazing. I can’t say enough good things about him. Nathan if you see this, you are spectacular, and thank you for treating me and my family like family!

My husband and I eat here very often. THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!!! Can’t say that enough! The owner is amazing. But the service has been lacking. UNTIL NATHAN CAME ALONG!!!He is,by far, the BEST server I have ever had at ANY restaurant!!! He NEVER misses a single thing! The food is absolutely amazing, but Nathan makes it worthwhile to us! Keep up the good work, Nathan!!!

The food was delicious! Everything we ordered was amazing! I am a foodie, and specially pasta (which is my favorite), I will not order it in any place. But the Cajun Pasta Combo was DELICIOUS! The shrimps were cooked to perfection, and the presentation was excellent. Congratulations Chef Antonio and Maria for the food you are making every day. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Eclectic menu and it was hard to decide what to get because everything sounded so good! I had the steak bowl and it was delicious! My wife had the ranch burrito and she liked it a lot.
I want to go back and try some dinner offerings, they sound so good!
Service was fast and friendly.
Oh, and the prices were very fair and the portions were generous.
Make the trip!

Omelette was fluffy and well cooked, home fries are delicious. Pancakes were fully consumed by a picky toddler, shrimp and grits supper tasty. Great service, super friendly and answered all questions about the menu. Will go back!

The city has been talking about this place. The photos and reviews made us try it. I ordered takeout tonight.

The hefty burrito is no joke and delicious! It's massive!

The kids scarfed down the chicken strips and fries. Fries were so crunchy n yummy.

First time eating at The Grandma's House Cafe and it was amazing! We had the Mexican bowl and pork tacos which were very tasty. Food was outstanding and service was spectacular. Great place to eat and take the family!

Had breakfast, many options on the menu, the service staff were friendly and nice. The dishes took quite a while to come out but the flavor and quality made up for the wait. Definitely come by and check out the breakfast, just make sure you budget enough time for the meal!

Great spot with a good variety of food. Fast and friendly service too. We ventured down from Indian Land to check out some farms and stopped here for lunch. Great spot. Hoping to come back for breakfast sometime.

We stopped in for breakfast while on our way to the beach. All of our food was good and service was excellent.

I was craving a steak tonight and the Ribeye with mashed potatoes & broccoli hit the spot! The food was cooked to perfection and our waitress was very friendly and very efficient. They have a wide selection of food choices. I had the Reuben sandwich last time and it was delicious as well. I encourage everyone to patronize this local restaurant!

Food tastes great. The sweet bread is a must. We tried the Cajun pasta and it was amazing.

I love the sweet cheese bread! I also love the burger buns they use on their sandwiches because of how buttery those are.

The food is always yummy. Hefty Burrito in picture, it is huge so be hungry..2 people could share it.

My wife and I had breakfast and were greeted by amazing staff. the place was crowded by a birthday party for a 90 year old woman and all her friends and family. What a great experience watching a local family enjoying a breakfast together to celebrate.

We had breakfast too and it was great, hot pancakes, melty cheese and my western omlete was very good and big.

Coffee is good too!
