Shoe Palace

Been looking for some nice kicks to take on a trip I have coming up. Passed by Shoe Palace in Dadeland mall and was surprised. The service we received was far better than the service at any other stores we visited that day. Both the manager Lissette and the other employee who helped us, I believe his name was Elijah, were awesome. They were very helpful without trying to sell me product to “make a sale”. We had some good conversation which led to the staff assisting us the best way possible. They had some good products as well and my wife and I made two purchases that day. Overall good variety of products and great customer service. We will be back, appreciate you all. ✌🏽

Lizzet the store manager is GREAT! She has a great attitude, she was able to help me out with an exchange. I have been coming here for years , staff seem friendly, but she is the real MVP. You are a great example/leader and I just want you to know, it is noticed and appreciated very much. Thank You and keep going !!!

This store is so far of the best I have ever visit in terms of great offer, excellent attention, and access. The store is locates inside Dadeland Mall. It has easy access through either 826, Kendall Dr or Us1. The parking lot is conveniently close by and has an access through Macy's. The store is very clea, well organized and the staff is extremely nice and professional. I would like to congratulate Ashley for her amazing treat and patience. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the shoes I was looking for, but it talks about the great offers they have. I regret not having the Jordans I liked last week, but confident I will be able to get any other offer soon. It is just an excuse to visit the store more often... ☺

Great environment, better merchandise. Took a trip with the family, we are sneakerheads! Greeted and helped by Lisset, helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Happy customers. Will be returning.

Best shoe store experience ever, Gentlemen named Jose, the complete package. took care of me, right when I came in, helped me find a fit and gave plenty of ideas, boss man knows what he’s doing, nothing better than a sales person matching a customers energy!!! Thank you Jose!

Went to Shoe Palace today for a pair of Air Force 1s for my son. We were assisted right when we needed help. At checkout, Mateo gave excellent customer service, he made recommendations on how to preserve the shoes and cleaned them himself as well! Mateo was very kind and knowledgeable, and he for sure deserves a raise and maybe even a manager position for his outstanding customer service. <3

Extremely customer service oriented staff.. i have picked up a couple of pairs of J's here for my kids and wife and they never fail to give great customer service! Just wish they carried shoes in my size there (14) but overall great experience every time.

José was very attentive of us while being in the front of the store making sure we were being attended at all times. Recommend us a dolphin jacket because he heard we were going to a game ! Extraordinary service.

I will always love Champs and footlocker however they don’t do a true raffle for Air Jordan’s anymore(you have to use the app)and I never get picked to win the shoes I go after….Shoe palace does a real raffle and I was extremely happy when I was chosen for my Jordan 6’s which have a sentimental value as my older brother gave me my first pair(the O.G. Infared in 1991)..and my brothers bday is tomorrow Feb.26th as these 6’s(wolf grey)came out today and Shoe palace picked my raffle to WIN!!🙏🙏….

Jose and Corey played an imperative part in making this experience special!! Even helped pick out super fly Hat and Shirt to go with my new J’s💯🙏

Also Mateo and Jorge were super cool and pleasant and Friendly making the all around experience and encounter PERFECT !!

This is not my first time at this Store(Dadeland Mall/Kendall) but after this moment I had to take time to write a review💯

If you are looking for the experience people used to get back in the days when shopping in shoe stores….go here trust me it’s a vibe!

It was amazing to be in dadeland mall on Sunday! I was there for some shoes and Melisa helped me to get them. When I got to the register she offered me masks and socks which I also bought. Her patience with me was outstanding and she was there with me until I got the shoes I wanted. Excellent customer service from all the staff and definitely Melisa! She’s has the best eyes in the store.

My shopping experience every time I come to the Dadeland location is always superb. Caroline was extremely helpful assisting me with all the sizes I needed. Her positive attitude was a great change of pace from other retail stores I have gone to.

I had the pleasure of going to Dadeland Mall specifically to shoe Palace and I was attended by Melisa Cabrera. She was the sweetest girl and trust me I am a difficult customer. I had the pleasure of going to Shoe Palace in Dadeland Mall on Saturday. I was attended by Melisa and she provided a great service. I was actually very happy I could find the shoes I wanted on my size and the color I wanted. She was very patient with me and helped me since the beginning with a smile. 100% recommended.

I had the pleasure to we welcomed at shoe palace store in dadeland mall this past Monday. I was attended by Ruben and Melisa and they were very helpful. I could not find the shoes I wanted in my size but melissa convinced me into another pair that is just awesome. I loved them now I cant take them off!!! totally recommend the store. customer service could not have been better.

this store has elevated the game for years. staff is always kind, one of the managers ruben always makes sure your taken care of. will continue to spend my money with the good folks at SP!

Went into shoe palace yesterday and had the best customer service from “ Scooby “ AKA Delvin lol. Very nice gentleman, he was the best he hooked me up with all the deals! Definitely coming back!
