Hocking Hills Dining Lodge

We loved our lunch, allowed us to change a few items on our quesadilla. And the fries hot and tasty. We love our waiter, Nate. He was kind and very helpful. We prayed he will do well in college.

Enjoyed the Borscht soup, pesto bread no cheese and Three Sisters! All was so delicious! Staff was friendly. Our waitress Laikym was the best! Please give her a raise! Will be back!

This is about as good as American breakfast gets. The price was fair and the food was all incredible. Biscuits are unique, and the home fries were perfect.

Not sure why this place doesn't get better reviews. Relaxing atmosphere. The food was good and the staff was friendly. Nice view no matter where you sit. We will be back.

Great views. Good food and nice staff. Not a huge selection but good enough. Few decent beers too.

Please note that if you are reading reviews for the Hocking Hills Lodge that are from prior to October 2022, that was a completely different restaurant that closed when it burned a few years ago.
The newly constructed Hocking Hills Lodge restaurant called “Rock House”is truly amazing. Delicious fresh tasting food and a reasonable price, fantastic service and a beautiful ambiance

I know that it is closed down but to the people who ran the old lodge.....the locals really miss the old lodge, the old atmosphere, the old restaurant and mostly the old pool that we were welcomed at. It was a piece of our community that will forever be missed and nostalgic

My waiter was amazing and the view off the back deck is pretty stellar. Fireplaces and a bar are inside if you wanna sit by the fire after dinner.

Went on a locals recommendation. After the epic and beautiful drive in I was a little worried upon seeing the ambience. My fears were quelled upon receiving a fantastic tossed salad.I know this may seem like a strange dish to compliment it was fresh and we'll presented with what was most certainly a house made ranch. I ordered the brisket with potatoes Au gratin...Both were insanely awesome. Like shockingly awesome. Seriously the best thing about Ohio. Low bar I know but they cleared it by a lot.

Dining at the lodge was recently taken over by the current management of the Lake Hope Lodge and former management of the Big Chimney Bakery - and wow is the food good. I understand from others that Hocking Hills Dining Lodge was not on people's lists to visit before, but check this out. I recommend hiking first - eating the rich food 2nd. Try the Brisket and Au Gratin potatoes.

The lovely lady at the Hocking Hills Regional Welcome Center did not steer us wrong with this recommendation! The food and service is outstanding! Chef prepared meal for half what you'd pay elsewhere! If in this area make this a meal stop for sure!

Very pleased with dinner - pizza, hamburger and pork chop and asparagus. Everything was hot and tasting great. Pleased to find WIFI a good view and a great dinner near our cabin.

Everything I have had is awesome, great salads, the home made mushroom soup is the best ever, the Brisket is the best I have ever had, the pizza is very good as well. Love it!
