The staff was very help for and patient with me.! I have a hard time reading,& when the McDonald's App was working right they were very happy to help me figure it out. Originally, we went through the drive-thru and two employees were blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional. Only to then find out our food was wrong. Melissa caught us before we even got back to the front door. She went above and beyond to make sure we got our food right and hand delivered it to us outside in the rain. This review is for her. Thank you for your kindness on a hard day. And for making us smile.

Sad everytime I go shake machine is down.

Everybody loves McDonald's food. French fries are the best. They're always hot at the McDonald's next to my neighborhood on Roosevelt and Mount pleasant street. Sometimes the service might be a little slow especially after 10:00 p.m. . But that's because they're cooking your food as you order it it's always hot and fresh. Got to love it!

Experience is just fine. In the waiting line and a customer came flying in all cocky like this is a 10 star restaurant complaining about his order because it was wrong, dude get over it! The customer was very rude and yes I understand we are always right as customer's but come on dude really! Very pathetic!
I've had orders in the past that are wrong, just go in or drive around and they will be glad to fix it!

I was looking for a quick sandwich today and was very pleased when I found out that they had the spicy chickens two for $3. Did not have to wait long at all to get them and the service was fantastic. Keep up the great work McDonald's.

Friendly kind team members. Though we had a wsit in drive thru it was also noon. Pulled forward to wait for shake but they were quick an very friendly. Enjoyed the exsperience very much. Others should take a lesson at this mcdonalds on manners an order accuracy

Did a curbside pick up and it was great. Fast and friendly service!

Prefer the McDonalds on the North end of town across from Subway alot more than the McDonald on the South end of town off West Ave. & Roosevelt. I can honestly say if you have issues or problems with your order they will make it right and won't let you leave till your satisfied.

Ordering online is the best cause they get it done and bring it out to u and u don't have to wait n line and really don't have to talk to anyone!!!

The food was good that's all really. Took a while to get my food, but it's a McDonald's, they can get really busy. They don't balance making orders for people in the store and for people in the drive thru very well though.

Had to pull forward and wait 5 minutes for 2 happy meals

Everytime I go through the drive thru Jackie is there keeping the drive thru moving , and greeting everyone with the biggest smile! I look forward to coming through when she’s working she makes my day. Thank you for the hot good and quick service every time. 5 star McDonald’s for me !

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lady behind the counter even bought my daughter a Happy meal toy.

It's McDonald's what do you expect exactly?
I usually don't have any issues and If I do I would say I know what I'm doing so I can get the issue fixed correctly. Some people these days...🙄

Finally got a good crew there and food quality has went up dramatically!!

I have eaten at both McDonald in Burlington and this by far is the best in town it is the complete opposite of the other one always gets my orders right and is always polite. the one on the other side of town is really bad and they do not even try to hide the poor service and bad attitudes at it.

Best micdonelds iv ben to tast like real food real wood on the walls only grip is qe hade to go get the food for the table during off hours
