They are great! My daughter loves Dr. Henrich. He takes such great care of her. We’ve been going there for over a year (follow ups and such) staffs super kind as well :)

I have been a patient of Dr Berge for several years. She seems to always listen to my reasons for seeing her and attempts to find the least invasive most appropriate treatment each time I’ve visited with her!

Great Dr. He will take the time to explain everything so you will understand your situation.

My daughter is doing so much better after surgery. They did wonderful with her. I'm so thankful to have my smiley girl back now that she gets a full night's sleep.

They were absolutely amazing my six year old was having troubles breathing while he was sleeping and swallowing while eating due to his tonsils being enlarged and it took only one visit for Dr Henrich to decide that they needed removed. He can now breath and eat with no issues and his recovery was so easy he didn't bleed at all after surgery. I'm so grateful to Burlington ENT for helping my son.

All the staff was wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better visit for my 7 year old that had tonsils removed. They helped and was friendly, caring from the time we entered til the time we left. Thank you very much

Absolutely amazing staff! My daughter got tubes put in her ears at 11 months old (May 2022). Before the procedure everyone was sure to explain every step of what was happening, the Doctor even brought my daughter a stuffed animal to take home with her. Doctor came in directly after her procedure and told us how everything went and then the nurses brought her right in to me and made sure we had everything we needed while she was in recovery for a little bit. 20/10! I hope my other kids don't need tubes but if they do I will go here again

It's so nice that all the tests can be performed right on site. I travel a ways to get here, and I don't have to worry that each individual thing needs a follow up visit. Staff is always helpful and caring.

Dr Berge is wonderful and reassuring. I got in quickly and treated very well. The staff is great and also reassuring. They are very knowledgeable and go over what is expected. Dr Berge helped me to understand and educated me on the problem I was having. Having been a Nurse for forty years this was rewarding to see as it is rarely done in this time and day.

Though not known for bedside manner, the staff here are kind and quick. Make sure you have your questions ready and you will get answers to all of them. Ear tube surgery was quick but not hasty, healing was easy, and the results have been tremendous.

Excellent care. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable about insurance questions, check in was easy and my wait time was short. The nurse was professional and nice as well. My wait time for the Dr Henrich was short and my diagnosis was explained to me throughly. Dr Henrich answered my questions taking the time to listen.

Friendly service and very dedicated. Dr. Carly Williams is wonderful to work with and helped me find the right hearing aids, even though it took two tries. I would recommend Dr. WIlliams to anyone.

The staff at the ENT clinic is caring and professional. Dr. Henrich is clear with his assessment and I have received excellent from him. I have never waited over 15 for an appointment and receive notifications on all up coming appointments.

They got me in the same day I called & prescribed me an antibiotic for Laryngitis. I had already been to a nurse practioner at my family Dr & she told me to keep doing what I was doing, which was clearly not working. So grateful ENT diagnosed the problem and helped me recover quickly!

Dr. Henrich is great and very knowledgeable. He introduced me to the Inspire sleep device and now my wife and I can share the same bed again. Very happy with treatment and services. I highly recommend Burlington ENT.
