Literally the best jewelry store ever!!! So for beginners Anna was my sales associate that was helping me and she was just perfect I mean she was doing everything she can to help us and let me tell you there was a lot I mean my card wasn’t even working and they called for me. On top of all this the other associates (even though they were soooo busy so to the huge sale going on) they were helpful and even talked to my lil one while I was doing stuff with Anna. 11/10 would go again!!

Anna was amazing she was so kind and understanding. I came in with my great grammas ring. It's a priceless piece to me. She completely understood that and took extra care and time into helping me. Pete fixed a family right that had been dented and very dirty. He was amazing and so very kind as well. My rings are the only thing I have left of my lived ones. And they took extra love and care with them to make them whole again!

Jamie is always so helpful and easy to work with. She helps my parents that don't get to the mall very often and she helps with all of our wants and needs. You can call her at anytime for assistance and she keeps in touch until the job is complete or the piece of jewelry is on you. She recently helped my dad find the perfect gift for my mom just by phone conversation. She knows her job and is very helpful and creative with making and finding the right piece.

Absolutely the BEST experience ~ we’ve made several purchases over the years at this location The staff is ALWAYS courteous and very knowledgeable of their jewelry. My husband surprised me with a ring for our 25th anniversary and it had to be sent out for sizing. It came back earlier then promised and was absolutely GORGEOUS!! My fiancé and I walked into Kay’s today with no clue what to get mom for Mother’s Day, and walked out shortly after with a beautiful necklace for her. Jaime made our visit stress free and super easy!
