Papa Johns Pizza

Their pizza tracker and "ready time" is a joke--if you read the "fine print" it even says it is for entertainment purposes. You will be waiting if it's busy. I waited 20 minutes after it said ready, and by then they were telling people on the phone that orders would be a 90 min wait.

Highly recommended! Their stuffed crust pizza was so good, with their garlic butter *chef’s kiss* If you haven’t tried them please give them a try!!

We placed our order online, it was easy to navigate and showed a variety of specials. Our two pizzas were fresh, hot, made correctly and priced perfectly! We had only good things to say about the taste, quality and execution of our order.

The food is always good - but I need to compliment your drivers, especially Robert! We ordered about 10pm on Friday night and it took awhile to get to us, apparently a driver walked off the job and others had to pick up his slack. Robert called to ensure us that our order hadn't been forgotten and he was hurrying - y'all it was 11pm and this man was SO. NICE. Not only was he kind, he was professional in spite of having a rough shift in addition to having to deal with drunk hungry people. And our food was still hot! I don't know that I would have had the same positive and shiny disposition had I had a shift like his. Give him a raise!

PS can I request drivers?? 😃

I know its just papa johns pizza nothing special about the pizza. For me its about the service! I ordered online with a coupon some how the coupon gave double what I ordered. I didn't even notice till 4 bixes of pizza got to my house! I saw the price was high I figured it was all the wigs I ordered. I called manager he I told him what happened he refunded the 2 pizzas we did mean to order.

Food was ready when promised, and staff got everything perfect on our large carryout order. Much appreciated.

Always great pizza from one of the best pizza chains out there. This place has never messed up our order and it is always hot and ready when we get there.

I order from this restaurant regularly. The pizzas are always perfect, and I am always amazed by how quickly it shows up! I give them a hundred stars!

Delivery driver has always beat the estimated time and he's very respectful of the no contact delivery. Very pleased with our delivery orders.

When I was there, it was a bad storm, power went out n systems were messed up.... But even in the chaos they treat u nicely n tried their best to get back on track

This is best ever Papa John's pizza I have had the pleasure to patronize over several years and several states. The people and service here are outstanding.

I have eaten at several Papa John's and all are great food and value. The Swansboro store was just as I expected....great staff and pizza.
