I am totally impressed with the service I got from this location. Billy took the time to port everything to my new phone and helped me with the function differences between the old and new units. A few days later I had an issue with my new internet box, and he spent almost an hour on the phone with tech support to resolve the problem. Everyone who works here is willing to do what it takes to provide great customer service no matter who I deal with.
