December 23 with the weather about to bare down, I was needing a set of wipers for my wife’s car. Samuel came out and took care of me like a pro!! Refused my tip for his help and said it’s what he does! Well Samuel…not many people do service as good as you! Merry Christmas!

Over the years, I can honestly say I have never had a negative experience with O'reilly Auto Parts.

I took my oldest daughter up there for a battery check. I believe Shanna checked the battery which was bad. We purchased a replacement and she installed it. She was extremely professional and kind to my daughter.

Great place. They had what I needed.

Samuel was very patient with the installation of my headlights. They are in a place where my tiny hand couldn’t even fit. Looked up the fuses and was determined to get my headlights going so I could safely drive home!

I needed a battery for my car and stopped at O'Reilly's on Saginaw Blvd. Samuel was very helpful answering my questions and deciding the best battery for my car. He also put the battery in for me! I was so relieved I did not have to waste half a day waiting at a repair shop. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I so appreciated his willingness to provide this service and his ability to get it done quickly and correctly. It was really hot and yet he continued with a great attitude. Thank you Samuel!

I prefer to shop at O'Reilly's more than I shop at AutoZone. They're always great to help you what you need. But I already knew what I needed when I went in the door so the guy asked me and I was like yeah I'm standing right in front of it was just checking the prices before I make my selection. But they're always overall courteous. All the locations I ever went to they were always helpful with you. Didn't have to stand in line too long like when you go to AutoZone a lot of times. But I like this place way better like I said.

Had to swap out my dead battery for a new one and Samuel was more than helpful. He had the battery swapped out in just a few minutes and answered every question I had about that particular battery. I left with a new battery and learned some things I didn't know before. Because of Samuels help ill be going here for all my car needs

They didn't have the bulb I was looking for, it has been discontinued in that stock number, she found a bulb that replaced it and had to order it, the bulb was there the next day as promised

Love these night shift guys! They have always been more than helpful and saved our butts more than once. Highly recommend Mike and his night crew. I have never had anything less than exemplary customer service from them.

Great customer service! My friend bought a new "used" car a couple of weeks ago; however, the battery on it was not any good. The car dealer said she bought it "as is." There were no warranties on the car. She was able to get the car started with a set of jumper cables and I met her at O'Reilly's. Young man tested the battery; we found out it was no good; so I helped her get a new battery while we were there. The young man had it installed in no time and in freezing cold weather, I might add--maybe why he worked so fast. Lol. Whatever the reason he provided us with a great customer experience.

I see a lot of talk and complaints about prices. You know what, in an open market - prices will vary some.......... But 1 thing that should never vary, the 1 things you can't put a price on - CUSTOMER SERVICE. This O'reilly, and specifically Tyler - are as good as you'll find... I came in to have a battery tested - not only did Tyler test it for me, but he manually changed mine out, on the spot! I appreciate service like that - and that's why I keep coming back here.

Went in to get parts and the store was so busy. It took me 15 minutes to get to the counter but once i did i had the best guy helping me looking for parts i just wanted to say thank you Louis for the best experience i have had. Keep it up guys maybe you will get more help at night.
