Wonderful baristas, greeted every morning with such friendly faces. Stopping by the old bridge Starbucks location truly makes my day better

This was my first time coming to this Starbucks and I had a great experience. Monica served me and was excellent. She had great customer service skills, she made sure my order was correct. The team was great and I will definitely come back.

i come here every so often to do homework, i’ve never had any mistakes on my drinks at this location which is great (nondairy) and the staff is pretty friendly. someone’s always welcoming folks in which seems like a small detail but it definitely helps ppl feel comfy and at least seen! other locations lack that and pretend customers just aren’t there and basically avoid any eye contact which i def understand it gets busy but a simple greeting does go a very long way as i’ve noticed at this location :)

Shout out to Wadea, the best barista. It's a shame the manager never called me back when I asked to be called back so I could talk about the fantastic customer service I recieved. People who give great customer service should be honored because they are rare. Sadly they don't get recognized.

I just ordered online and they had the drinks ready quickly.

I don't frequent this location often, only when I have an appointment in the area but they have been on point every time. They're mobile order area is a little different than the other locations I visit and I'm never sure if I should just grab my drink or wait for someone to hand it to me but they are always friendly about my insecurity on what to do.
They make the best caramel macchiato by far. I don't know what they do that's different from the other locations but it makes me want to drive 30 minutes out of the way just to get it from them. Kudos to the baristas!

I went to this particular Starbucks yesterday 2-22-19. It was a wonderful experience. The barista‘s were nothing but professional and appeared happy to be at work, (we have all been somewhere where the people behind the counter seemed miserable). My coffee was great as well. That’s going to be my new coffee spot!

I love this Starbucks and how efficient Mo is with her team and always remembers who I am when i place my order. Being a former barista for almost 12 years with Starbucks it’s great to see a hard working team. Keep up the great work.

I've been to other Starbucks; all the drinks and decor seem the same. This Starbucks is unique though. Every time I go in I am greeted by a friendly face, and pleasant conversation. Always a positive experience.

People at the drive thru are always friendly and polite here. I appreciate their professionalism. If your drink is not to your expectations, they always try to make it right.

Sammy and Kelly always make every visit a great experience. With the move of location, their business has skyrocketed and the staff are doing an amazing job! Edit: Got to shout out my bestie, Mo. Always nice to see Mo.

The Starbucks is in the bedroom community so it is crowded when people are commuting and on the weekends. It is usually nearly empty in the evenings and lightly patronized during the workday. The people who work here are friendly and accommodating. The outdoor seating is nice.

Great location. Great staff. Great atmosphere. I frequenct this location on the reg and they're always super friendly and engaging even when dealing with difficult customers

Recently moved to the area, and I tend to frequent Starbucks locations that I’m familiar with because a lot of places just can’t seem to get a simple iced coffee with breve and classic syrup right... but this location did! So happy to have found a place near my house!

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to in Northern VA. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They also know how to make your drinks. I definitely recommend visiting this location

Best Starbucks I’ve been to on the east coast. Friendly baristas, great service, and the regular coffee is actually drinkable to the last drop. It does get crowded here so keep that in mind.

This Starbucks rocks, always courteous, upbeat, and accomodating! Orders are on target! Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is our current fav. Hope to see peppermint mocha cold brew soon!

Shout out to my Barista Amy at the Lake Ridge Starbucks!! She was amazing, and the Cold Brew Pumpkin Cream she reccomended-soo good!! Great service, yummy scone, delicious coffee!🥳

The staff was super friendly and even though there was a long drive thru line they made my 2 drinks really fast!
