Inefficient, unreliable, unprofessional. The epitome of what is wrong with government agencies.

Over the last few months, I have had several packages marked delivered that were actually delivered to a neighbors house. Fortunately, the Neighbor contacted me and let me know.

More Recently, I had several Amazon packages and one personal package that were marked delivered on the same day. I have cameras that cover my porch and walkway, no one ever put a package on my porch. Because it was marked delivered, the post office won’t look into it further. Amazon replace the items however I’m out almost $100 for the personal package.

Why is marking a package delivered sufficient proof that it was delivered? No picture of where it was delivered, no GPS tag from when it was marked delivered.
