Adopt my lovely goofy dog from this shop a year ago , adopting process is all about the dog and very happy to bring my dog home , let’s not focus your attention on something other than helping all the pet there at the shop.

The dogs are clearly well cared for. The staff are very kind and helpful. We were only asked standard questions that ensured our new pup was going to a proper home. We love our new family member!

5 stars for a seamless, easy, accommodating and thorough process. Owner Kim has a real genuine passion for saving animals from horrible illegal backyears breeding puppy mill slavery. I adopted this beautiful frenchie Kim rescued from being used as a breeding machine. Wonderful volunteer staff was kind, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I was not asked about my political beliefs; all questions were intended to confirm that the animal was going to a safe and loving home. I don’t usually ever post reviews but I was shocked at all of the malicious reviews on here that I read when I got home and suspect that many of them are not genuine. They were not the least bit reflective of my experience. I would highly recommend this shelter and supporting Kim’s efforts in all that she does to make a difference where so many turn a blind eye. My review was neither solicited nor requested by Kim anyone at this shelter.

I have adopted 4 dogs over the years from Shelter Hope. They are wonderful to work with.

Excellent experience with an thorough application and interview process. The prices cover vet bills (chipped, immunized, neutered) and super nice people. They really cared about the dogs and helped us understand their personality. They even started a group chat so we could ask any questions that come up (or provide update pics that they’d be happy to receive).

I did see a lot of negative reviews, mostly based on political issues with the owner. Can only speak from my own experience but we adopted a beautiful puppy, Finn, and couldn’t be happier. The process was fairly easy too with no mention of owning firearms? Not sure if we just missed it.

Owner is an amazing lady. Found a great dog that i was grateful to bring into my home. She's so kind and sweet and her and everyone else helping the community is just wonderful

Stay away from this store, anywhere near it and the very strange (psycho, actually) blonde owner. She made some very inappropriate comments and questions about my dog and myself oddly in Nordstrom. I felt like she was following me between the businesses. Awful interaction. She watched and followed me and made another unsolicited remark for me to go into her store, actually felt like she was scamming on my animal. I'm going to go into that place of business after that? Don't talk to strangers, answer their questions or open any door to them. Avoid going anywhere near this store at all. This woman later followed me out to my car and forced herself at the window! IMO she wanted my dog. I didn't deserve to be harassed. Security is awful and will NOT help you, the security guard was awful to me, evidently they don't care about any objective or specific security there. She behaved insensitively towards me in Nordstrom and aggressively pursued me in the parking lot. We have everything documented and this is a Truthful review. We're not going back to this mall ever! Would go to the police but was afraid we were being set up. This woman victimized me and people need to know about her. I almost had a heart attack.

This shelter apparently doesn’t put animal welfare above wokeness. They won’t allow pet adoption to anyone who not only owns a gun, which is a perfectly legitimate thing to own, but they won’t allow adoption even to a person who agrees that we should have our 2nd amendment rights. Further, they say they will potentially sue for fraud if you lie about your belief that gun ownership is your right. These people join the ranks of all liberals who believe in shunning and hating anyone who’s views aren’t in perfect lockstep with what the far left dictate. Fortunately, there are many other shelters to adopt from, whose owners know that their business is saving pets not dictating beliefs.

Good to know that they care about completely irrelevant things when trying to give an animal a good home. They don’t adopt to 2nd amendment supports.

This is discrimination and against the law I’ll have you know. Someone please sue.

Strange entitled establishment, no Profesional standards of any kind here, brazenly let's emotion and politics dictate unstable policy that affects animals seeking long term housing. Website says they are dedicated to connecting pets and people while they try to use pets to manipulate people into practicing a pet stores politics, very likely a money grab scheme to grab extra profits by suing potential clients for extra funds under guize of "fraud" this is very strange behavior, must be a symptom of a narcissist. Very likely going to try to use dead children as a way to increase pet sales and prices while making no donations to victims families of proceeds they earn from PR caused by their creepy, strange, and distirbing advertising tactic, poor business tactic when it's so obvious and very greedy.

Places like this should be putting the needs of pets FIRST not their political agendas. These animals deserve a loving home and shouldn't be used against Americans who support the Constitution. Absolutely ridiculous!!

If I could give a zero star I would! How dare you bring politics into the wellbeing of the pets! You disgust me and I hope your shelter gets shut down!
