I’d give Makensie in Video banking 10 stars today if I could. I called with a query about linking my business accounts to my new budgeting app and she patiently figured out where the glitch was. She walked me through the steps and gave top notch customer support. I’m so grateful to have Atlantic as my credit union!!

They make it easy to bank. The staff are all excellent and their accounts/rates are competitive.

Bank messes up my life on a daily basis I can't get away fast enough.

Worst bank ever blocked my cards middle off day left me stranded in middle of a whole differnt town and state cause there so called 24/7 fraud protection was not open I started to call at five still waiting almost four hr later am stuck can’t go home and find a place to sleep their service is the lamest you want to wait three days after you get paid to get paid sure your want them overdraft you but not let your payments come out since gana overdraft you regardless took five months months to fight for many that clearly was owed have to wait to see my money if deposited on weekend no body answers like ever drive thru just as lame let me watch you sit at the mic for twenty I’ll be right with you like u don’t have a job to get back to
