Magnus Ridge Winery

This is a beautiful building with several beautiful rooms and a lovely patio out back. It is dog friendly outside.
The wine and cheese pairing was delicious. The cab franc is delicious. It was jammy, but not oaky. The staff was friendly and cheerful and provided recommendations for other stops & activities . There are several beers available on draft, supporting other local businesses.

This winery and tasting is so unique and fun!! The wines had great flavors and the pairing with the cheese was such a cool touch. Sandy was amazing and so fun to talk to. Our favorite wine tour of the day, couldn’t say anything better about the place. They also have pickled items and sauces and really pretty t shirts. Very cool experience.

An impressive building that is more of a store on the inside. However, the wines were good and the area out back has a lovely garden, fish pond, meadows to walk around and large fire pit to provide a wonderfully relaxing place to enjoy all they have to offer. It was a worthy stop on our wine tour!

My husband and I enjoyed our time here. We did our tasting of delicious wine and cheese pairings. The store is filled with other goodies. Got ourselves two bottle of wine, chocolates and the GOAT tomato sauce! Definitely visiting again!

Really cool building! Wine tastings are a bit more money then other places but they are unique in doing the tasting along with cheese tastings. We kind of threw ourselves into that without thinking and ended up really enjoying it and went home with cheese lol. Was $30 for two tastings but was super fun. The store part is really neat with lots to see, great for gifts. The woman who did our tastings was great at her job. The tramaline 2020 wine was so good !!!

Charming venue with lots of fun wine, beer, and spirit tasting options! Did the wine and cheese tasting - small pours and pieces of cheese, which is perfect if you're doing a few wineries during a day at the Finger Lakes. Lots of fantastic cheeses and wines to try, as well as some very unique spirits. Great store as well, definitely worth a stop, especially if you're looking for a Finger Lakes venue with a lot more than mostly just wine.

Such a fun experience. Dan was A fantastic guide for our tasting experience. The pairings are incredible and we would’ve never thought of them. Make Magnus Ridge a stop on your tour on the west side of Seneca Lake. A must do!

Old world look charm of a new world taste. Sandy & staff were exceptionally great all around! Great gifts delicious wines (my fave was the Cabernet Franc! All were great) beautiful view of a well maintained garden with a frog chorus among the lily pads. Owner was gracious host. Oh & the wine slushies are refreshing! Highly recommended! You'll keep going back

We rented the small room at Magnus Ridge Winery and was quite pleased with the services they provided. The appetizer display was beautiful and plentiful. Sandy did everything right; up to and including music. Everything was beautiful and we want to do it again. We threw a 25th anniversary party for a dear couple and they loved it! I recommend this establishment very highly.

We stopped by Magnus Ridge Winery on Oct. 7, 2023. I've been there before but it's been a few years. They were not that busy, but it still took a while for us to get waited on at the counter as the employees seemed to be doing multiple tasks. My wife and I were interested in the wine tasting. Dan from Magnus Ridge was our host for the tasting. He did a super job, taking his time, explaining each wine and the reason for pairing it with a cheese. Dan was knowledgeable and answered all of our wine questions. He even added a little humor at times. Oh, and did I mention the wines were delicious. We will definitely be making it a point to stop by Magus Ridge again. I just hope Dan is there!

Always a must for my wife and I. She gets a wine flight and I do a beer flight. Always great service and very informative. Definitely a must!!!!

Our tasting guide, Dan, was very knowledgeable with the wine and cheese pairings! I highly recommend doing the tasting here at Magnus Ridge. They have a private room for larger parties which was perfect for our group size. You do need to make a reservation but it's well worth it. Nice

Loved the gift shop. The wine tasting overall experience was good. The tasting is paired with cheeses, and those cheeses were delicious.

The wine was very good. However, Dillon did an outstanding job keeping up with explaining each wine while keeping pace with rush of customers!! I will be back again to learn more about wines from Dillon!

Winery is beautiful and wine tasting experience is delightful! This is my go-to for Christmas gifts for my family in NY. They now ship to Pennsylvania too!
