The woman who was working at 11:40am on 9/20/23 is so patient and kind. A customer in front of me was giving her a very hard time about not seeing tracking information updated instantly after she scanned his package into the system. She remained professional and resolved the situation, and then had to deal with me, who jammed the drop box in the lobby. I felt so bad about it but she was so kind to me and and took the time to give me more information on how to better drop mail off in the future.

Fine service and no line when I was there today. Would appreciate customer forms outside the secure area for when the service area is closed. Our letter carrier is the best.

I've never had an issue, bar rude patrons that make the experience unpleasant. Thank you to the staff!

I love going there the clerks are very fast and friendly, I call them my second family .

Very courteous & helpful personnel.

Had a couple problems before but they always tried to fix the issue.
I have my mail man regularly get out and drop boxes off at my door without any issues, and some of them are heavy as i order dog food and such through amazon prime.

Overall a 4/5, because there are sometimes problems, even though they do get fixed.

I have no problems with this post office except that the hours posted online are not accurate for Saturday. These hours have been changed for over a year and the incorrect information is still online and no hours are actually posted on the door. There are a lot of people who came to the post office just before 4 PM because there is an accurate information out there. It is time to update it. And some hours on the door would be great so that we aren’t left guessing.

Only had 1 staff on the desk. He was overwhelmed. Would have expected the manager to come out and help as it was apparent no other co worker was there. At the very least to handle the 'problem' issues. Not a good start to what will be the holiday season.

I don't understand why bad reviews...however from my understanding I got a lot of good experiences with female clerks all were helpful and courteous to me when I told them that I am deaf but I am able to communicate/lip-read they didn't treat me differently in which I am grateful. My first visit was a male clerk he was rude but I did not let that get me until next visit I got female clerk she made my day and never looked back. Service is slow and need more clerk during busy hours but because I was fortunate to come in early to avoid busy hours/line.

Postal office -- both from D.C and manager(s) at branch -- need to keep the Open Hours info that is on Maps, on Google, and more: accurately uptodate. The weekend hour (Sat.), displayed online, is bogus at one P.O branch at least.
