Postal service gentleman is friendly and helpful. PO closes between 1-2 pm on weekdays. Crowded parking lot. Watch out for unsafe motorists who make unsafe turns against the direction of traffic flow.

The man who works full time is seriously miserable. I have lived in Malibu for years and he makes me deeply dread coming here. I have never met someone more rude. The last time I mailed something internationally with him, it never made it. I just briefly asked him about it the next time I was in, and he absolutely could not care less. The package was birthday present for my nephews. Don’t trust him with anything important. Get in and get out. Better yet, I’m going to start driving to the Heathercliff office and just go directly to the charming lady who graces this location when this awful man is away.

Worst wait time ever on phone no help after one hour I am going to try to Never ever use USPS post office’s near me guy only said thank you one time in 21 years Won’t answer questions sending you to other location that sends you back him Fedex is way way more Reliable faster safer and less expensive
