Walgreens Photo

Do NOT go here for passport photos. In the past, Walgreens did great with passport photos, but not anymore. I got scammed at another Walgreens where they did not use photography lighting, not even a flash, so they had to edit the background of the photo. The face was dark and not even colored correctly. I checked the U.S. Dept of State website and found out that editing is prohibited, and based on that, the dark and discolored face, etc, the photo was sure to be rejected. I thought... well, maybe it was just that Walgreens. So, I called this one that admitted to me that they use the same technique! Fortunately, I found a competitor on Yelp that had the proper setup which resulted in perfect photos at the same price.
