Very clean store as well when you walk in they acknowledge you and welcome you once you step inside. Can be busy sometimes but they are quick to help everyone inside. Got helped by Lino and he was a quick problem solver and was very patient with me. Appreciate the help as well his coworkers making the atmosphere welcoming and comfortable.

I love this T-Mobile because when you go in the first they tell you welcome and be with you soon I’m done and they help you no more than a minute and there’s friendly with costumes

I always come in this store and ask for Bella she is the most helpful person when it comes to my phone thanks for always helping me out and making it easy for me

This review is way overdue! Came to T-Mobile to upgrade my phone and add a line. As soon as I walked inside workers acknowledged and greeted me. Bella the sales rep that was helping me out was extremely helpful. She’s very knowledgeable and explained everything that I had questions about thoroughly. Her customer service was excellent!!! So if you want to have a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile store, like I did, make sure and ask for Bella to help you!! :)

I had wonderful experience switching from Spectrum. Jonathan was our representative with best attitude and very knowledgeable. He zipped through 2 phone transfer and applied all discounts available. I even switched my internet with higher speed at most resealable price. Also noticed the manager was in full control of his representatives.

Great service, very knowledgeable about products and company plans and promotions. My husband and I were served by Jonathan Macias who was amazing. With the "patience of Job" he listened to our concerns (we were Sprint customers) and answered about a hundred questions. He presented the various options, plans and programs offered by T Mobile in clear terms so that even I a mobile phone challenged person understood and was able to make educated decisions. What could have been confusing and scary Jonathan made the process an enjoyable learning experience!

Bella upgraded my moms phone, she did an excellent job. I recommended her for all my friends and family. Thank you.

Wonderful Experience very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, been to this location several times it’s my go to. Everyone is wonderful this time I was helped by Bella and she made my visit smooth and memorable, thanks again.

Customer service was great. Julie was the rep that helped us out. She switched my gf's line from Sprint to my current account. She also helped switch my "grandfather" account to the new T-Mobile one plan. Everything went pretty smoothly. She makes sure that the customer is satisfied and provides updates regarding new promotions and new phones. I would recommend this branch and ask for Julie.

This T-mobile Team here @ Carson & Cherry has Me elated I didn't quit. The Carpenter/Entrepreneur in Me left here very satisfied. From their busy Manager (Bryan) to Fidel to Herbert(the Brain) & don't forget the anon. Lady. Google got Me here in a jif and That Crew Shined for a reason.

I came in on a rainy day. The staff was quite engaging, they seemed like great people, helped me get exactly what I said I wanted... the fact that it turned out not to be what I truly wanted was on me.
The sales rep did give poor information, however not his fault, he had called someone else and asked to verify and they did.

Amazing service .. he was very nice, professional and helpful with everything we needed helped with . My father was very happy with his her phone because of Abdul help and I can’t thanks him enough . I’m happy with his service . Please give him a recognition for his professional service. Big thanks to Abdul !!! Yay! My dad is so happy !

My mommy got hacked and Eunice came in clutch. She spent 4 hrs on the phone calling a bunch of people to make sure my mommy’s accounts and money would be safe and secure. W workers and W Eunice 👍

I only come in to claim free goodies on Tuesdays. But the service is great and the workers are really friendly!
