We build food trucks and food trailers. When we came to Indiana to find a supplier, United Trailers stood out amongst the rest. So many builders there are slapping trailers together as quickly and as cheaply as possible. We needed quality, a supplier we could rely on for years to come, just as our customers rely on our company. A trailer that would only last a couple years would not work for us. In United we found that company. Good trailers, custom designed to fit around our mobile kitchens, and designed to last for years to come.

There's a reason we use United and that reason is their work speaks for themselves.

I have ordered a few trailers from United Trailers. The have always far exceeded my expectations! The quality of their craftsmanship and attention to detail is astounding. They have always been fast, friendly, priced very reasonable and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend them for any of your trailer needs or wants!

Great trailer! After 4 years I brought it back to get re skinned after hail damage. They done a great job. Trailer came out as good as new. I'm glad I traveled 700 miles to get it repaired by them. Great people too. Steve in service was great to deal with.

We had a bad hail storm and our 24 ft United Enclosed was hit hard. United went above and beyond to get our trailer back to looking brand new! Thanks United and your awesome team!

Dissapointed, the more I examine my 2020 $10k motorcycle trailer the more flaws and shoddy workmanship a discover. They are slapped together just like all the other brands.
Axles not paralel, one wheel out of four stick out by half inche at the top side door crooked, sloppy caulking on the roof, useless caulking here and there. Tilted fastener , over and under tightened fasteners in the floor. The list goes on. So much for "made in USA" quality. I had my heart set on a Haulmark Edge and was told by my salesman that United owned them and that United was better. Not.

Bought Car Hauler - United said they installed Dexter axles. We have looked everywhere on the axle for the engraved serial number off center facing the back and there are no numbers anywhere. Any idea who might have made these axles. Need new axle or a spindle.

Very poor quality. My 8.5 x 20 enclosed lasted 4 years as a race car trailer used mainly on weekends. Skin is coming loose and tearing.
Called united to see if we could work something out and fix it. Long story short. Customer service is as bad as the quality of their trailers.
Thanks for reading my review.

This is my 3rd cargo trailer purchase and trailer brand in the last 10 years. The first was a 16’ Diamond Cargo trailer from Georgia. It hauled daily for 3 years. I still own it and it’s perfect. The second was a 20’ Cross trailer. This trailer was so bad after 6 years that I had no choice but to order a new trailer. Ladder racks falling off, screws falling out, door falling off…etc. With much research I ended up going with United trailer. All of my trailers were custom ordered and the United was no exception. This trailer is a 34’ gooseneck with as much framing support as they offer (same as a stacker trailer). This trailer totaled just under 50k. While the framing is extremely stout (trailer weighs just under 10k lbs empty) the fit and finish is horrible. Mainly with incorrectly driven screws, missing screws, crooked exterior lights, wonky trim, and so on. My favorite thing I like about the trailer is the ladder racks the dealer installed….super beefy! I will attach pictures showing the issues. There is also a roof leak where someone didn’t take 1 second to lay the seal and down properly. Easy enough for me to fix, but still…here I am fixing things on a brand new 50k trailer. It doesn’t seem that these trailers go through any type of punch out inspection. Anyways just my experience that I wanted to share for others considering this brand. Also they refused to offer a bar lock on the side door as an option apparently because they look bad, so now I need to install one myself. I’m not loading this thing with 100k of tools with a rv style door that can literally be ripped open with bare hands…function over looks any day!

Edit- Just noticed the brake actuator was leaking. Popped the cap off to see it’s completely full. The freaking filling instructions are right on the cap. Added photos showing.

Edit- The rear ramp door is so crooked that the seal on the right side doesn’t hit anything when closed. From the inside you can see light on the entire right side of the trailer. I cannot believe this trailer passed any type of inspection. Did I mention this was a 50k trailer???

7 days after purchase the left side popping out I begged to be swapped out because I know how involved the repair is ripping apart the entire interior to repair it . They offered for me to drive 9 hours one way to have it repaired at the factory or pay $1500 to ship it lol comical. The owner Jason d ( bought United trailers ) says they don’t have any to swap which I seen 10 on there site I’m reasonably and if it were 2 months I wouldn’t expect that but one week later come on , long story short I rush it into a appointment that is supposed to take one day 3 hour round trip drive 11 days later it’s don’t and they just ignored 2 issues didn’t fix it I’m not gonna go back and forth I have so much documentation my lawyer will handle it from here
