Ordered roof vents from their web site and shipping was super fast. Bad thing was sent the wrong thing but they fixed immediately and still recieved my stuff before others even get stuff shipped out. Thank you for taking care of your customers, we all make mistakes it's how we deal with them that can make or break you. Thanks again.

So I just bought a Mustang trailer on 4/4/2021, after getting it home I was able to do a real through inspection. Lets just say I have some work to do, some screws fell out along the side from when I looked at it at the dealer. I missed spotting a screw along the nose underneath. When installing one of the floor screws it failed to self drill through aluminum that is along the bottom front edge, pushing the metal away, the other side of the "V" is correctly done. My take on all of this, there is some lack of quality inspection before they leave Indiana. I will make it right, but for the cost of what you get I should really not have too be making my own repairs. So make sure if you buy one of these to really look it over closer than I did. There are some nice features found on this entry level trailer, but I think the plant inspection is lacking on catching these and just pushing them through the door to get them out to dealers.

Quick update, so I cannot fix the screws that are loose on the sides, the hole is way to big to even bite the screw. So in the mean time to keep the aluminum I have wound a bunch of thread tape on it so it holds temporally. The front screw, well I have to remove some inside boards to do that one, sadly the floor seams a caulked, so more work. Then I noticed a screw point poking through the rubber at the front, I should say my wife caught it on her pants........not real thrilled, BTW I found the inspection tag - UNSIGNED and a tag that said ready to ship, really bummed about all this.

Lack of quality poor. Light on left fender wired backwards, right tail light wiring not connected. I should not have to fix a brand new trailer before I use it. Dealer told me to bring it back 125 miles, they said they would work it in. Unacceptable!

Bought a 8’x16’ enclosed Aluminum trailer in 2021 and have only had it on the road <500 miles moving between jobs. The center beam that meets in a V fashion near the tongue has a bulge and crack. Door hardware failed and had to buy replacements from dealer. Roof is leaking when there is heavy rain. Terrible craftsmanship on these trailers.

I run a transport business and this is by far the worst craftsmanship in a trailer I have ever owned. I've never left a 1 star review but after my whole axle came unwelded on the freeway I felt it necessary. This is among both ramps falling off, all the e track coming loose, a knuckle busting breakaway plug right under the trailer jack, and all my outside sheeting coming unglued and needing to be riveted. If I used this trailer 5 days a week I might understand but this thing only gets dispatched 7 days a month.
