Extremely happy with every aspect of The Millwork Outlet. Their website is well designed, so it was easy for me to determine if their product was right for me in terms of dimensions, style, amount of product I would need to order, everything. Their prices I found to be extremely competitive, including shipping. I ordered the product (shiplap boards) and received them early. I found one of the set of boards not to my liking in terms of color; it didn't really match the color on the website. I emailed them and they apologized, and immediately sent a replacement set of 10 more boards, stained to the proper color, and didn't charge me a penny more, and let me keep the 10 improperly stained boards so that I didn't have to bother with shipping them back. And the replacement set arrived in a couple days. You really could not ask for better product quality and service. Highly recommend the Millwork Outlet for your next woodworking project.

Customer service was excellent. They answered all my questions quickly and shipping was fast. Got everything in 2 days. Except 1 set that UPS lost, which was taken care of and resent as soon as I called. This was the only place that had a color I wanted and at a price that was half of everywhere else I looked. Project turned out great.

Ordered 7 boxes and still only received 5 boxes as of today. Came in different shipments which was very odd. Need my other two boxes to complete our living room. Customer service got right on the issue and I received it really fast

Product was as described and price was good. However, 4 of the 30 boards had small peices missing on the corners, probably damaged in shipping, which I had to repair before using. 7 boards had significant milling gouges that could not be sanded out. None of the crosscut ends were square, requiring me to trim all 60 ends to make them square.

Butt ends on boards are not always square. Be prepared to make connections.
