Absolutely love my SMC! I have had some crazy warranties that have had to be done but nonetheless SMC has stood by me every step of the way and made sure everything has been taken care of. We purchased a new 4 horse Laramie 14 foot LQ and after receiving it, wanted to upgrade some items on it like doors under table bench seats, the floor under the shower, and add cupboard interior lighting. I called and spoke with customer service they helped me with all our questions and even gave advice. We had someone hit us and needed to replace ladder hinges and lock and steps hinges and fender and they worked with repair shop ASAP to get the items done! We love our 2021 trailer and appreciate the customer service. Highly recommended SMC for response and solutions and quick shipping.

Ive heard wonderful things about the manufacturing process of these units. Ive been a group leader for the plywood dept of a competing company for the last six years, and would love the chance to work for a company that values quality of work, more than quantity of work.

Just purchased a 3 h, 9’ sw LQ SMC from Dixie Horse & Mule Co in AL and could not be any more impressed with this trailer!! I traded my Shadow in for the SMC and the difference in quality is undeniable!
Any one looking at LQ trailers would be a fool not to take a look at these!

This company does not stand behind their products. We bought a brand new LQ horse trailer from our local SMC dealer a little over a year ago and we’ve had nothing but issues with it since the first time we used it, we’ve made several trips going back and forth between our local dealer which is over an hour drive one way for us, missing work each time to take it and pick it up and spending quiet a bit in fuel, to take it in for repairs because each time we pull it we find a new problem or the same problem in which we thought we’re fixed during previous visits on the inside of the LQ part, our local dealer has tried several times to fix the issues and the same issues keep arising along with new ones, we now have a complete cabinet set ordered because all of the doors are bowed and won’t stay shut, one of the doors actually fell off and hit my 8 year old in the head once, the shower leaks constantly, there’s been many attempts to fix it, with no success, the toilet leaks (once we were even shipped a part and told to fix it ourselves since the it’s such a drive for us), it still leaks also. We are tired of driving back and forth to the dealer, tired of having to miss work to get the trailer to the dealer, tired of spending fuel money, and tired of dealing with all of these issues. We purchased a brand new trailer because we didn’t want to have these issues or inherit someone else’s problems, and it’s been more of a hassle and headache than anything and we’ve yet to enjoy it because every weekend we spend in it, which is 2-3 times a month we find something wrong with it. We have made several attempts to try and get the dealer or SMC to trade us out of it or make this right but nothing has been done we were told not even 2 months after getting it they could trade us out of it but gave us a stupid low trade in value. I understand that the value drops and things depreciate as soon as you take them off of the lot, but the offer was so low it was jaw dropping . I work in the car business and I know for a fact there is more than can be done about this situation than what SMC and the dealer are offering. I would not recommend their products or services to anyone! Do not purchase an SMC LQ Horse Trailer if you are in the market for one!

Bad service trailer was broken down from the first pull very rude people. Our trailer has been sitting in the same spot for 15 months because an inspector said it was unsafe and actually illegal to be on the highway. Very dishonest company.

The current management does not care about anything but pushing units out and it really shows they're quality has dropped dramatically in the last year sending whatever out not good do not recommend
