Baby Jack's

I did drive through, and I'm not used to the drive through having a video call open for taking orders. It was kinda nice to see the person taking my order. When I saw the baked potato on the menu, I thought it would be a great diner item. Usually a baked potato fully loaded weighs about 2-3lbs. To my surprise and absolute delight, my baked potato was close to 5-6lbs loaded with cheese, brisket, and much more.
10 out of 10 would recommend Baby Jack's to all of my friends and family! Thank you for the great service and amazing food.

Update: 12.08.24 - we placed an order online and picked up in store. It was ready shortly after we arrived and all of our food was there (although we did double check). The brisket is always delicious. I’m very satisfied with this experience!

Sept 2021: 3rd consistent time of them forgetting to give me food from my order. I make SURE to check my food before I leave now. I hate the screen.

It’s hard to come by a baked potato with such a generous helping of BBQ! Had it for dinner and lunch the next day!

I visited on Saturday not long after opening. I placed an order online before arriving. The employee was kind and had a big smile while assisting me. The food was fresh and tasted great. The fried okra is to die for!

Lived in Memphis a long time and Baby Jacks is the best BBQ in town! I love their BBQ nachos on fries! They knock it out of the park every single time!

Loved having a real person to look & talk to me when I went through the drive thru. She was wonderful. The food is terrific. STILL absolutely great. Y'all have to try one of their loaded baked potatoes. Yum yum yummy

Great Barbecue pulled pork the bomb and the mild sweet kinda high on prices but worth it make sure you ask for napkins in drive thru like everywhere else you don't get none

The food is amazing! I love the beef brisket. It’s so yummy. Also the baked potato salad is to die for!!! They have two kinds just ask for the one that has the sour cream! Also try their banana puddin if your stomach will let you! Mitch is amazing if you have the pleasure of meeting him he is the sweetest!

Ordered a rack of dry ribs, Cole slaw, homestyle potato salad, and fried okra which fed 2 people and still had some ribs left over. All the food was excellent and on point. The service wass excellent and the manager Mitch made sure we had a good experience. This was the first time we ate at Baby Jacks instead of getting it to go. Overall it was a great meal and a great experience. Highly recommended!

Hubby stopped by to pick up dinner. Our first time to try Baby Jack’s! Wow, everything was delicious! Friendly and fun staff! Will be back!

The pork Frachos (pork bbq nachos with fries substituted for chips) are delicious! They have several tasty sauces to choose from. The employees are friendly and very helpful.

I have had the best experience with this Baby Jack’s location in Bartlett. The food is delicious and hot every time I visit. Mitch is a great employee and manager here as well. I look forward to seeing him he makes sure your order is fresh and accurate. See y’all soon 🤗

Today was my first time trying this place. And it was the absolute best decision ever. I had the best nachos ever. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The manager Mitch was fantastic. He was very helpful and kind. He made sure everything was right and came and checked on me also. Best food best staff best place ever. Can't wait to eat here again. I'm definitely going to tell everyone about this place.

I love the BBQ nachos here. I get them with fries instead of chips and it's delicious. The staff was really nice to me on this last order and I really appreciate them and hope their customers treat them with the same kindness.

Had a half a rack of the dry ribs with a fabulous Dragons Breath Sauce. Fall of the bone meat and the sides were top notch as well. Friendly service to boot! My new go to BBQ spot when I am in these neck of the woods.

Best barbecue in Memphis right up there at the top of the list.
Also there catering is excellent. I usually have them cater for a local business that has provided me with excellent service.

I'm from Jackson and I stopped here because it was near my destination and I was craving some real deal Memphis BBQ. This place didn't disappoint! I ordered the BBQ nachos pork all the way and it was phenomenal. Service was fast friendly and the price was extremely reasonable for the portion size. Their large drink was a good sized and quality cup with crushed ice. If I'm in town again I'll definitely be back!

Pleasantly Surprised!! You guys the customer service was great which matched the Great Food served! (Let's face it one with out the other can diminish the experience) I purchased the brisket and it was very tender & smoked to perfection. It was my first time but definitely WILL NOT be the last.
