One thing I really love about this store if u looking for certain hair you only see online..if u show them what u looking for they will take a picture of the hair and search for it to be ship to sell...love that!!

They are always very nice and professional and have high quality products as well as a high variety of wigs and extension would recommend for sure

Hana has amazing finds and keeps the latest products in stock and is very knowledgeable about them. Has great lace front, x,Y and 360 wigs available and has a wig punch card.

I've been coming here for years. From the fun shoes, hats, and inexpensive gadgets that make doing my hair even easier, I just love it. They are always so nice and willing to help you find what you need, so this place is a must!

This was my 1st time coming here. I asked a lady at Khol's where she got her mask from and it was from Hana's. I loved the face masks and the bling! The African American girl who assisted me was really helpful! The store is big, lots and lots of items. I have not tried the oils yet but hope they are not watered down. I also bought a face shield out of here and the owner helped me set it up. I will definitely be back. I kind of shy away from places like this.. I don't like being followed, or like I'm going to steal... but I didn't have that type of feeling here. The store is in a very nice, convenient, and safe location! I love that they are near Dollar Tree!

This is definitely the place to go if you need or want a wig! After having a horrible experience at a Williamsburg store last weekend, this store was welcoming, friendly and provided outstanding customer service. They don't make you feel rushed and are more than happy to answer your questions (and believe me I had a LOT). It was definitely worth the trip!

The lady which I think is the owner helped me, she was nice and pleasant. I purchased 2 scarfs. She took the time out of helping other people to show me how to wrap it on my head. I will definitely go back and tell people about this place.

Moved recently to the Peninsula (not by choice) and customer service at ANY business in this area is horrific, to say the least. I went to Hana Beauty Supply after going to a few other businesses frustrated as I was either ignored or worse couldn't even try on the wigs? WTH, guess that is the Peninsula for you, not like that in Va. Beach. None the less, I was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic service in this place. Alexis, who always called me by name, was very attentive and professional. The owner was lovely and helped me with the different products I was interested in.

I have always gone to this beauty supply for many years. The ladies here are super nice and helpful. This store sells wigs, hair extensions, makeup, face masks and many other items. Due to COVID pandemic several local beauty supply stores do NOT allow wig testing. These ladies will allow you to try on wig ( they will assist briefly when trying on wigs) but as always you MUST wear a disposable stocking cap and use complimentary hand sanitizer. Also, if you buy wigs there and get a store complimentary wig card you can get a discount after the 6th purchase. Kudos, ladies for being the go to place for all beauty needs. Also, they DO NOT spy or follow you around the store like your stealing from them like other local stores.
