Nice facility. Clean and orderly. Went on Friday 2pm, short line and quick service. When there were several people inline, the manager checked and got another person open another window/counter.

Needed to mail two packages and purchase some stamps. Fast, attentive, and friendly, so I’m coming back to this office. Even just after lunch, there was no line.

Dropping off packages here was very easy. Took less than a minute of my time. Thank y'all.

I was annoyed that I had to verify my change of address identity in person, but I'm at least happy I chose this location!

Sorry to hear about the poor experiences some have had -- mine was quite the opposite. Extremely friendly, professional and proficient. In and out within 3 minutes, mailed 2 packages.

I dropped off a package at this PO for delivery to another state. The tracking number showed it was delivered to SAN ANTONIO, not the intended destination, the next morning. I dreaded calling the PO based on these reviews so I called the main USPS number. That was a mistake as I got bounced around their site but never got the info I needed.
I then called the McCullough PO and spoke with Eric. He was polite, helpful and explained the error in my package tracking. It only took a few minutes to get my answers.

It's a five star for a USPS. There are only two employees working the front desk, so avoid on a Monday, if possible. (The post office by the airport is open on Sunday).

Ms. Deanna was a star. We had 26 boxes of media mail books, most weighing about 30 pounds and she was really friendly and efficient throughout the entire process.

I think they are always nicer and friendlier here than other locations. Today Albece was very nice and welcoming, but there have been others too that were very helpful.

Never had a problem with using this USPS. I was shocked to see how low the rating was. I have only had friendly, easy experiences.

They have a self service kiosk that I use all the time. It makes going to the post office so much easier
