We took our Chevy Silverado in for for a fender/bumper repair, it was completed within a week. Their service was outstanding and their communication was fantastic! They also made returning the rental super easy! Definitely recommend!!

Great experience. Repair took a little over a month but that was mostly due to shipment delays and they communicated well through the whole process. Repair looks good as new. Plus if you have geico, rental car process is also super easy

The part to replace on my car took a while to get in which was not the fault of caliber collision. Once they were able to get the part they were able to get us in and our car repaired within four days. They were really good about keeping me posted on the progress and what to expect. We were really impressed with all of them.

Recently got a fender bender fixed at this location. They are amazing, dropped my car off and they work close with insurance and enterprise so my rental was there and ready for me. The parts that were needed to fix my bumper took some time to come in but communication was amazing so i was kept in the loop at all times. I really appreciated the front desk staff as they were always ready to answer my questions.

I highly recommend this company. Not only are they exceptional at repairs! It was an awesome experience from the moment I brought my truck to the shop, receptionist friendly and very knowledgeable of her job. To the manager and his employees. I saw experienced a great team that gets the job done!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Staff was very helpful, we received our car back within a day due to the fact the the damages were very minimum. The paint job was great, can’t even tell it was scraped. Would highly recommend! Just be advised that every car situation is different. Just because mine took a day, does not mean yours will to. It all depends on the damages and parts needed for your vehicle.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! The employees clearly pay attention to detail and did a phenomenal job on my car. I was kept updated throughout the entire process and my car was ready ahead of schedule. The staff was highly professional. I really appreciate how easy they made the entire process. (Including getting my rental car brought to and picked up from the location)

We expected to leave our car here for about a month due to damage. They had our car back to us in a little over a week. Definitely did a great job and it's backed by a warranty. I'll be recommending them constantly now. Did a great job quick and easy. They even notified me every detail in a text almost each day.

Best experience ever, when I got there front desk lady welcomed me with a big smile, mind that I am trying to not be upset for putting some other plan aside because of someone that wasn’t paying attention to t he road. I was impressed at the multi task ability she has, she took my info and couple calls and managed to call the person who wrote my estimate and continued to checked in the person behind me.
Estimator also did a fantastic job at answering the 1000 questions I had and did not take too long to have a paper ready with-all the damages my car had.
Repair appointment did take a little bit of time but after calling several shop in my area and nearby towns seems that all are facing the same situation. Well worth the wait!!!
My car was not only clean but the paint looked great. I did have an issue after the car was given back to me but they took my car in within days and fix it in few min and since then I haven’t had any issues.
Hope I am not in this stressful situation again but if it happens I know where to go

The folks at caliber took great care of me. They were giving me updates all along the way, the customer service team were extremely professional and kind, the repairs look amazing and they got my car done a week sooner than what was expected. I would highly recommend this shop.

Called in to moan about stuff. Ended up having a very insightful conversation with the Owner. He seemed like a very genuine person who is passionate about his work and business. He took time out to explain to me why things were as they were, and reassured me that he valued my business. I was frustrated, and irritable, but he was able to help me understand that there are aspects of commerce that are beyond either of our control. I would like to commend the owner for handling the situation so professionally. He literally even called me back to reiterate that he valued my business. I personally care a lot more about how I'm treated as a client than the costs or time taken in repairs, so this was a surprisingly pleasant interaction, all things considered.
