Gabriella is the sweetest cashier at this location! I’ve been shopping here for years and when I tell you that the girls are usually never friendly but today I was shocked to be greeted by a friendly face. Thanks Gabriella for acknowledging me.

My girls have beautiful, long mixed hair. Finding a stylist who truly understands the unique needs of mixed hair can be challenging, but we struck gold with Rashauna at Ulta. She has an exceptional understanding of mixed hair, which shows in how she handles each session with a gentle touch, care and expertise. Each visit begins with a thorough wash, followed by a trim, and ends with a fantastic blowout, leaving my girls' hair looking healthy, shiny, and beautifully styled. Rashauna makes the salon experience enjoyable for my daughters, who always look forward to their appointments. Kara was extremely helpful and super sweet!! Helped find the perfect foundation shade and a fun, flirty lipstick. I will definitely go back to see her for my makeup needs.

Rebecca at the Oceanside Vista Way Ulta is the best!! Being total novice at lipstick choices, but knowing that I did not want to look like a clown, Rebecca, like I true friend I had never met, took the time to not only educate me, but took LOTS of time trying different lipstick colors on me. I FELT HELPED & seemed to find a new friend. Now when I go into the Oceanside store, I look for her! She is the BEST! Thank you Ulta for allowing your clerks to work with customers in this manner!!

Last week I finally made the decision to chop my hair and I wanted to go someplace I could trust. Noriko was the head stylist and she had an assistant helping her named Jackie, she helped with my scalp treatment and the deep conditioning! Jackie was super friendly and made lots of conversation and made me feel comfortable. Noriko was very sweet and very talented with her skills, she listened to what I wanted and taught me how to style my new hair cut! I had also mentioned wanted to get tinsel added to my hair next time I go and another hair stylist gave me some tips and advice on how to go about that next time! Overall I felt the salon energy at ulta was amazing and I would recommend anyone who’s trying to get a little self pampering done here!!

I haven't been to Ulta Beauty in a long time. Everything is clean and covered there's there's good customer flow and plenty of room to social distance.
Everything was neat and organized and the sales associates were super helpful and friendly. Plus they had the item I went there to get.
I also received a birthday present how bonus is that? It was a good day at Ulta.

This Ulta has came a long way in transforming into a go to delight. Unlike other Ultas. This place is clean and well lit. The Ulta in Escondido, had displays burned out. No lighting. Employees had no personality. That's where this location really shines. You enter with a greeting. Restrooms were extremely clean. The Ora in this place creates a calm and upbeat environment. Employees are happy and content to each check out. I like this spots because they have a men section of colognes. This store stays consistent with stock. This Ulta needs to be the high expectation of all the other locations. Bravo! I want to give a direct kudos to the lady employee who came over to me and asked if I needed help. She gave me suggestions. She rocked! I felt appreciated and manly! Her name was Lyn and our cashier name was Monica! You guys rocked! The first thing you asked us was our number for points! Watch out other Ultas. This one's coming for you!!!

I had an appt with Kelsey and she did a great job. So happy with my experience. My hair came out amazing and she has literally the best personality.

Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
The store itself is clean and well organized.
I utilized the Salon for the first time as my long mane was in dire need of a good trimming up and Mariela did a perfect job! She’s a sweetheart as well.

Kelsey is a rock star, an amazing stylist!! Her “ prescription” of products have gotten my stubborn curly hair recovery!! Beat Ulta in north County!!

I went in today and was helped by Lisa I believe? Super friendly. Very detailed. Loved my new haircut and the way she styled it. Me and my daughter definitely found our new spot!

Got my hair cut today and I absolutely adore Katherine in the salon she’s so sweet and professional, felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. I gave Katherine a rough idea of what I wanted and I couldn’t more pleased with the end product definitely will be rebooking! Also I think her name with was Mali she had beautiful purple hair she was super sweet as well!

Staff were very helpful, I only walked out of their with one product I wish I hadn't purchased, but I walked out of their with 5 other items that I love! I wouldn't have found 2 of them without the help of the people working there. Overall great experience :)

Hello. I just visited your store in Oceanside, off El Camino - June 1st 2019. It was the first time in over 10 years, as I typically buy from department stores. Luckily I was greeted by Mary. She was so helpful and it was the best experience I've ever had with a makeup artist. She took her time not only explain the products but to apply them. I felt like I was getting a mini facial. It was such a good experience and I wanted to commend her for great customer service!! I'll definitley be going back for all my beauty needs!

I had Chelsea (it might be spelled Chelsey) she was amazing. Truly friendly :) she fixed the haircut I got from a different salon and added gorgeous side swept bangs. Very sweet and patient with me especially when I kept asking for little preferences here and there. It didn't even take very long! I didnt have any wait time and I even showed up 10 minutes early. She did an amazing job and so timely :) she didn't push me to buy products either. She mentioned that a volumizer would be good for bangs before I blow dried them, but just as a tip, she didn't push me to buy anything or any brands which I really appreciate. I hate when other salons will push their products on me and make me feel like I have to buy something or my hair won't look good. The stylist I had genuinely cared about giving me tips :) it's so hard to find a good hairdresser in a new area, but I was blessed to find this one!

Very much appreciated for the customer service from everyone and majority, was given specifically from Lisa. She educated me on skin care products and the importance of a skin routine. Highly recommend this location!

For two years or longer I've been absolutely blown away by results with my hair coloring! Two of my colorists became store managers and my on-going fear is that the current one will be moving on to a similar post. In the meantime, I'm lovin' every moment I'm in the place ~ everyone is kind, helpful and extremely professional. I shop nowhere else for my cosmetics also as their rewards system is terrific!!!

I haven’t gotten my eyebrows done since high school for prom (7years ago), Heather did such a good job on my friends eyebrows I wanted to get mine done. She nailed mine, they look symmetrical, not super thin, and I look more awake. I feel so good, I will definitely be returning. Thank you Heather, wish I could give you 6 stars.

Went to buy some eyebrow pomade but felt sick, went outside and threw up and one of the workers came out and brought me a water bottle and said I hope I feel better.
This happens every once and a while and usually store workers mind their own business and I really appreciated the help I got.
