Yesterday had the pleasure of interacting with Elias. He was great, professional and answered all our questions. Helped my Dad get a new phone, activate his new phone and installed his screen protector and case for him. Store layout is great, good product selection and comfortable while you wait.

I've never gone here to receive phone service/updates/assistance, but they are always super helpful and greet me right away during t mobile tuesdays! They are usually pretty busy (2-3 persons waiting) but a pleasure to visit. Thank you very much!

Very good service in this busy location. Long wait to be helped without an appointment (another T-mobile store sent me there), but it was fully worth it. My special recognition to Elias Arias, Annie Munguia, and Cisco in the hardware area. They were very courteous and patient in finding the reason and fixing an unusual problem in a phone-to-network connection. They simply did not give up: they tried several different approaches, pulled different resources, technically checked the phone, etc. They dedicated the necessary time, persevered without quitting, and the problem was solved; allways with a good attitude and commitment to help the customer. Congratulations to them and the store manager. Thank you very much for your good service.

Hi this is an amazing story. I just got through three days of hell trying to get one of my stolen cell phones replaced. I was directed by one of the bigwigs to Walmart telling me they had a special offer when I got to the Walmarts that Representatives did the best they could but they weren't knowledgeable enough and I left three different times totally dejected and depressed just wanting to give up
I thought I'll give them one more try and I came in to the Broadway craycroft T-Mobile I was helped by a lady named Sherylnn. Well I was helped by what Icall an angel on Earth. With a major TBI traumatic brain injury hitting the blacktop 50 mph with no helmet. She could sense that I was in trouble. She answered every question she did not make me fill out anything on the phone and within a few minutes she's got the exact phone on its way it was an insurance recovery all I can say is the other people in there are great like Mark and and Ricky but she went Way beyond what she had to do and I would stand in line if I had to go back and she was busy thank you T-Mobile giving me hope again.Thid is from a man that was nearly killed at Grant and Columbus. 2016 crash it's on Google. I am a walking preaching miracle and God has given me life back and the ability to recognize angels on Earth.she is a woman creating compassion miracles if you have any problems with your T-Mobile go to that location and find her and tell her Street Preacher Dom said hi. You will not be disappointed. 👍🙏📳📲

I have gotten the absolutely best support from this store! Sherlynn and Ricky were both amazing and really took care of my needs. Sherlynn helped me get a new phone case and replacement screen protector, as well as helping me get a new iWatch and getting me set up on that. Ricky helped me with installing protective case and screen for my iPad. Everything looks great, runs great, and I couldn’t be more satisfied by their support. Thanks to the entire team for all the complete care!

I just left the store on Broadway and Craycroft. Purchased phones two or three weeks ago . I was having tech problems with the two different phones . I came in to get some assistance, Jared was awesome. He spent a half hour. Straightening things out now I get it. Excellent customer service. Thanks Jared.

I bought a new phone and I was struggling transferring data to my new phone . JARROD was extremely helpful, kind and assisted me thru the entire process. He is friendly and I will come to this location in the future .

Excellent....I had had a bad experience with another store. Walked to the craycroft/Broadway store and Andres helped me fix all my issues. Will start coming back to this store

This place is awesome! Ricky and Albert were extremely helpful to me in purchasing and setting up a new phone for my elderly father. I was in tears when I entered the store and they helped me tremendously. This place is wonderful and all of the staff are kind and helpful. I saw other staff members helping many customers with kindness, patience and great information. Everyone should switch to T-mobile and come to this store to do it. Thank you for all of your help and professionalism. 🥰👍❤

Ricky provided above and beyond customer service to my family and I. The experience was great and I also enjoyed the atmosphere of this location. I would recommend any Tmobile customer to go in here.

Was in 2 seperate times both for activation. Both times I worked with Sherlynn & both times was a great experience. She explains things well & her customer service is top notch.

After a horrible experience at the 6970 E 22nd store, Jesus was unable to find the most basic information about the account or help in any way other than drumming his fingers on the table, we came here. Michelle is a superstar! She took care of my issue and was friendly, informative and has a wonderful personality. This girl deserves a raise in a big way.

Our experience at this store today was excellent. We went in already a little on edge after getting the run around from multiple other T-Mobile locations & employees. We are formerly Sprint customers and were not really informed about what was happening with our billing/service once T-Mobile took over. Today we went in and Ricky went above and beyond to help us get sorted out, he walked us through switching fully to T-Mobile, upgrading phones and ensuring that both my husband and I were authorized on the account. Even better he helped shaved off $50 from our bill and set us up with the Netflix discount. Ricky was great to work with and we are glad he was available for us today!

Had a digital meltdown. This corporate store is spectacular. Ricky fought Verizon for me and was super 👌

I absolutely despise going in to get my phone or plan looked at because usual you end up paying triple and not even getting what you needed fixed but not today. We had an amazing experience with the gentleman named Ricky. This store was the second T-Mobile I visited today I literally walked out of the first one because of how much the man that was “helping” me was avoiding every question I asked. Ricky sat us down asked us our price range and took his time and made sure we walked out with the best most affordable option. He made us feel comfortable answered every single one of our question without hesitation. He even assured us if we didn’t have the information we needed he’d figure out how to still get us into our iPhone account and he did! Thank you Ricky for doing an AMAZING job I recommended him!

Big shout out to Jarrod and Ricky. After getting the run around at 2 other locations, these guys really helped me out. I was trying to upgrade to a new device, I was talked through everything, and he even sat and watched the data transfer to make sure all my stuff was properly moved before turning in my old phone (i was super worried about it). The wait time wasn't bad but it could use some extra seats, there were only 2 for the waiting customers.
