Quik Fix Phone Repair - East Tucson

Got quoted a cheaper price than elsewhere to replace a headphone jack on my old iphone 5c, showed up, and somehow these guys removed a tiny jewelry clasp from the headphone jack that I could not see with the naked eye. It took them 1 minute to solve my problem, no charge. Truly excellent service: I'm definitely coming back here next time I need a phone repaired.

By far the best device repair shop in Tucson! I was told by other stores that my android was not repairable and I had to purchase a new phone. However, today I was lucky enough to come across Graham at Quick Fix and he got a stuck headphone jack removed! It most likely saved me $100, and I was out of there in 15 minutes. We received the greatest customer service from Graham, and we were very pleased and thankful for his knowledge and repair. I highly recommend Quick Fix Phone repair.

These guys really do good work and take care of the customer. I was particularly impressed with Graeme. I've been through a cell phone nightmare over the past month, with different providers lying to me and treating me poorly. But Graeme was extremely patient and helpful when it came to resolving issues created by some of the big chains, like Verizon and Crickett. He also really took care of me on pricing when it came to repairing broken screens, transferring data, etc. I'd recommend Quik Fix to all of my friends and family.

I bought a "Renewed" Samsung smartphone off Amazon, which worked just fine for about a month, but then the earpiece/top speaker just stopped working. I got an ok from the Amazon seller to choose a repair shop of my choice to do the repair, after which they would reimburse me.

I decided to go with Quik Fix because of their good reviews. Came in for an estimate on Friday, gave them the ok to order the part, part came in Tuesday morning, brought the phone in on Wednesday and they had it fixed within an hour!

Idk if the part used was OEM or not, but a) it works, b) it fit the repair budget I was given by the Amazon seller, c) they offer a warranty on their parts and labor (as long as no water gets in the parts).

My iPhone side button was stuck and I could not push the button at all..
I called Verizon warranty they wanted me to pay 100.00 for a refurbished phone or to buy a new phone. They were no help.. this morning I took my chances and went to Quik Fix ( I had never been to this store before) and the young gentleman there ( I’m sorry I forgot his name) did his magic and fixed it!

Really helpful and kind service!!! Went in thinking my phone charging port needed to be replace as I was told by others, they simply cleaned it and it works perfectly!!! Was also open on a Sunday which was perfect!

The people at this place are super knowledgeable friendly and honest, I took my phone to repair my Motorola RAZR and instead of taking my money I was advised to call Motorola for a possible free repair and sure enough Motorola fix my phone screen at no cost, this place saved me almost $400, thank you guys for your help I'm definitely coming for al my phone issues

Can't say enough great things about this place. Let's start with the best part they offer the best prices in town. Brandon at Quick Fix was professional, fast, and friendly. My phone was like new again within 45 minutes. The shop itself is very nice, clean, and has a cute little coffee station to enjoy while you wait. Will definitely be coming back for more services and recommending my friends to do the same!

This isn’t my first time using this company and it definitely won’t be my last. This is a really great company who has friendly staff every time I go, and I always have a good conversation! I had recently went in in a rush because of work I went in and was taken care of within minutes and had my phone ready within 30 minutes . All at a very reasonable price . thank you guys for always being super efficient. And kind !

Don't be fooled by the junky way the store looks. This place is amazing! My cell phone had broken glass over the lens. A big chain repair place told me it would cost $250 to fix -- about half the price of a new phone. The employee who met me at Quik Fix glanced at the phone and said he thought it had a lens protector over the lens. He took a tool and peeled off the lens protector; the cracks were gone! He said they could replace it for $29 but suggested a new lens protector would cost $10 online. And he didn't charge me for his time.

This is a real good place to get your phone fixed.

I Purchased a lifetime screen protector program very smart investment. Was having issues with my iPhone 11 Pro. Richard explained why I had no volume unless I put it on speaker. He explained what was happening as well as my options. Great customer service. Thanks for the heads up Richard.

These guys helped me with a broken Sim card tray which isn't a complex issue but very annoying nonetheless. Gave me a replacement part and switched them out, didn't even charge me for their time. Fantastic service!!

Walked into the store and Nick greeted us right away. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nick was great with explaining what the best option was for us when needing a battery for our tablets.
