I've been lifting for over 20 years and it's very safe to say that the gym is my 2nd home. I was giving GNC way too much of my money so I decided to become a part employee and eventually a manager at GNC just for the discounts.

I say all of that because I was that guy that had to try everything and find what works for me. Mass marketed chain stores do not have their fingers on the pulse of the industry; stores like this one do.

After moving to Bethlehem from NYC I was having my supplements shipped to me until someone recommended that I come here. I was a little skeptical at first, but let me tell you this is one of the best supplements store I've been to. The husband wife team know their stuff back and forth and even have a small line of products they've formulated themselves (which is awesome btw).

If you're in need of some proven supplements with great prices stop on in, they will not steer you wrong.

If you waste your money at gnc just stop and go here, you'll actually get great products that work for half the price and there's so much more at the muscle store that gnc can't offer you, plus your supporting a private business that actually know what there talking about, great customer service

I opened an office nearby for my custom tailoring business in the fall of 2021 in the “return to normal” when Covid finally started getting people sick, except this time, actually able to show symptoms.
What a novel virus it is or was or something that it redefined normal in the most interesting ways.
It seemed to make us all want to turn to junk food.

I digressed then and continue to digress…

I manage this so-called digressing normalcy through a lifestyle approach that is ascribed as mandatory to the basic function of my existence from the place of both function and aesthetics. I live by diet & exercise 2nd to being grounded by a pretty benevolent understanding of God’s Grace.
Protein is the goal for life and what I don’t get much of from a primarily beef only carnivore diet has been nicely flanked by the best quality & variety whey protein, pre workouts, and a few other select supplements that make Vinny & his wife, who I get these products from, as my preferred local and entirely [legal] street pharmacist. They own a real customer-centric health & wellness product retail matrix. Nothing here that will hurt you. They know their stuff or I wouldn’t shop here.
I decided to post this review after Vinny gave me a shaker bottle that is big enough and capable of making a shake with up to 6 scoops of protein, no easy task. The “protein scientist” that I am found this to be the greatest new hack. On the house, no less!
It’s one of the few places I frequent behind my office aka offsite 2nd closet for me and my clients, my gym, and my hair salon.
This couple is a class act and the customer base doubles it for nice conversations that we usually don’t have time for in the gym.
Makes my day every time.

The best fitness and supplement store you will ever find. I’ve been going there for years and have never been disappointed with products or service. Here’s some facts to help guide you:

- small and family owned
- employees are knowledgeable on everything they sell
- it isn’t GNC
- reasonable pricing
- choose between brand name and proprietary products
- actual customer service, kindness, and personality from the employees

The only reason to go to a big brand store rather than The Muscle Store is because you are 1) cheap or 2) unwilling to take good advice.

As a professional arm wrestler I tried many supplements to help me stay competitive, I found the best bang for my budget at The Muscle Store in Bethlehem, PA. The owner and his wife are super knowledgeable about chemistry, Physiology and Kinetics and they helped me not only get back into competitive form but reach higher levels. If you’re not using this hidden gem of a store, you’re wasting money and time!

Great place for workout supplements. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The only useful vitamin and supplements store, if they sold nootroprics it would be the one stop health shop.

I am finally seeing your reply, I know they didn't well well so it's a shame they aren't available anywhere still.

You can find phenibut at places but it's always powder form and capsules are the only way to go for me.

If I could recommend some that would sell and are hugely popular from online retailers like nootropicsdepot.

What I have observed is a huge amount of people who take adrafanil on a daily basis.
I would say phenibut would sell better but not a lot of people know what it's benefits are.

You had that product, R.I.P rest in peace which had phenibut, and I know.that was a big seller. Even saw it at another shop in allentown.

Owners are very knowledgeable about all products- not just thier own and tell you what you should or shouldn't be consuming according to your goals. YES, they take the time to help you better understand. I love it!
