Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

SO helpful, knowledgeable, nice and patient! This is the store to go to if you're looking for Temper-Pedic!! They have all the beds to try! Rose and Annie were great!

I was extremely impressed by the knowledge of the sales person today. I believe her name is Annie. She went out of her way to help me with questions and issues I had with my bed. I will definitely be back to this store.

Great customer service at this store. We stopped by the store multiple times to make sure we were confident in our choice and every store associate/manager was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgable on the product they're selling. Gave great insight & information to help us make our decision and made the checkout process easy. Staff went above and beyond to be very helpful & answer all of our questions with detail.

spent a good hour on the phone with Rose. Super super helpful. She went out of her way to find things that were not easy to find. Worked with me on computer sending me links that really helped me a lot. Would shop at that store just because of her help.

I visited the Tempur-Pedic flagship store in Thousand Oaks, and the employee there was very helpful. I needed help finding a replacement cover for my mattress, and the employee there helped me find it.

The beds are so comfy and full of cool little tricks. Would definitely like to take a massive nap in the store right now. 😴 Definitely a worthy investment for the future!
