I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Greg H. at the sleep number store in the oaks mall, in my quest for the ideal mattress, and I must say, the customer service was exceptional from start to finish.

From the moment I entered the store, Greg greeted me warmly and attentively listened to my preferences and concerns regarding mattress selection. His patience and willingness to guide me through the process were evident from the outset.

What impressed me the most was Greg’s extensive knowledge of the different mattress types, materials, and their suitability for various sleeping positions. He took the time to explain the features of each mattress I showed interest in, providing valuable insights to help me make an informed decision.

Throughout the entire process, Greg demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. He never rushed me or pressured me into making a purchase, but rather focused on understanding my needs and preferences to help me find the perfect mattress within my budget.

My wife and I bought our bed at the Thousand Oaks store and dealt with Jeff. He was well informed about the beds and did not push or hard sell us. We purchased the bed on Black Friday and Jeff is holding off delivery while we finish up our renovation project. I am looking forward to sleeping on our new bed.

The customer service at this store in particular is outstanding! Mo went above and beyond and it was truly a pleasure to work with him! I absolutely love my sleep number bed!

The Sleep Numbers store was in the Topanga Plaza Mall in Woodland Hills area, Not Thousand Oaks Store. The Thousand Oaks Store Manager was working the Topanga Plaza Mall store the day I purchased my new Sleep Numbers bed. Darian was very helpful by showing me the firmest mattress they had. After delivery, I can add to this review.

Very pleasant. No rush or push for sale. The team was very knowledgeable about the product and eager to explain the differences between styles.

My husband and I had the the greatest shopping experience ever at the Sleep Store in Thousand Oaks. The salesmanship was more then superior. On top of perfect customer service these guys made the experience FUN! Both of them were comfortable to talk to as well as down to earth. We were given detailed information and spent all the time we needed. Both my husband and I gave them an A plus!!!!!!!

Salesperson Jeff was very friendly and knowledgable. Manager Damian was also very helpful and professional.

Purchasing the bed was easy. I was a little discouraged because the first bed mattress and size I tried didn't help my back issue. The second bed he recommended was perfect!
Did not bother my back at all. If the mattress does not work we can return it and try another.
We were informed that the actual adjustable part of the bed is not returnable. That's okay.
When we get our new bed I will post another review.

Mahan "Mo" was a great salesman, he was able to answer all of our many questions. We left to discuss the purchase for an hour or so and when we returned, William was a great partner helping us to check out. Overall a great experience and really looking forward to receiving our new bed.

This store is wonderful. William is the best sleep number employee ever. I bought two beds and countless items from him and he always helps me out. This store is very clean, organized and the associates are very professional.

Mr. William Coolidge is the greatest salesperson Sleep Number could ever have as an employee as far as I’m concerned. He is the most congenial and gracious person we have ever dealt with at any store. Don’t let him get away so give him a raise immediately. What an exceptional salesperson.

We had a great experience. The person helping us, William, was very helpful and patient. We were there for hours trying to decide on which model to get and could not decide. He was very helpful but still allowed us to go through our process without being pushy. We even left after a while to get lunch and came back to finish our decision.

Our salesman was very nice and professional. We were very happy how he went out of his way to accommodate us.

So far, I am extremely pleased with my new Sleepnumber i8.
My only disappointed was with the Consumer Report Magazine April 2018 Issue, claiming Queen Sleepnumber i8 to be $2900.00, when it was actually a nonnegotiable $3900.00 at the Sleepnumber store.

Excellent customer service...Rick was friendly and patient. Not pushy at all. Allowed us to try all the beds we wanted to and answered all our questions. Helped us set up sleep number app after our purchase.

We went back to discuss additional purchase of the foundation and William was very helpful. We also checked a cheaper level mattress and discovered that our original purchase was the right one.
