Paul was truly a pleasure to work with; not only for his ability to speak to all my questions and concerns, but also for giving me space to make a decision that was right for me and my pocketbook! is incredibly knowledgeable, absolutely no feel of he's just trying to sell me something. We also did have a good idea of what we were looking for. You get 4 months to decide whether you like your mattress or not. Just a very easy and smooth process. 100% recommend this place.

Great selection of mattresses. Great prices. Made the trip here from the west of the San Fernando Valley and it was worth it! So glad we ended up here after looking around stores for days.
Paul was a great sleep expert. Funny and like-able! He did not pressure us or push us to buy a mattress at all. Seriously. I was actually surprised he wasn’t attentive like any of the other associates we’ve talked to.

If you are having any trouble navigating the world of mattresses, foundations, beds etc. Paul at the Thousand Oaks store is who you are looking for. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We had purchased a mattress already and called the Mattess Firm in Thousand Oaks to find a foundation that suited our needs. Paul not only had the info we needed, but clearly took pride in providing a great service and making sure we were taken care or from end to end. Called at 11am on a Saturday and our new foundations were delivered for free 24 hours later (on a Sunday). Can’t recommend enough, thank you!

Paul at Mattress Firm is the absolute best. Walked in a on a whim and he completely educated my spouse and I not just mattresses but sleep patterns as well. I cannot recommend him enough.
