Thousand Oaks Mattress

I’ve been searching around for a new mattress for a while. I had been in to this establishment a couple times and always enjoyed my experience, but wanted to see what else was out there. Lindee assisted me by answering all of my many questions, made great suggestions and helped me find the perfect mattress for my budget. I can tell that she is extremely knowledgeable about the sleeping body and the proper bed for each sleeper. I’m super glad I ended up coming back here. Thanks for a great bed buying experience!

I went in not sure what to get or what like. Lindee was very helpful giving me time to lay on different mattresses multiple times. She also recommended different ones based on what I liked and didn't like. I ended up leaving happy with a mattress perfect for me. Would recommend

I have purchased a mattress twice from here, and have not been disappointed. The store has a wide variety of options to choose from, and they do a great job by going over the different mattress options and understanding customer needs in terms of pricing, quality and durability.

Where do I start! My mom and I came in to purchase a mattress tonight. Lindee (store owner for 30 years!) was there and was just the nicest, most helpful ever! She knows everything there is to know about mattresses and helped us understand the difference between all the floor models. Mom and I had plenty of questions for her and she patiently helped us. She even stayed past closing for us. I wish I needed 10 mattresses so I could give her all the business! We will be telling all our friends about Thousand Oaks Mattress! Lindee helped me and my husband to find our cal king mattress. Super helpful! She explained everything we didn’t know about mattresses and sleeping. Very impressed with the costumer service at this store. Cheaper than bigger mattresses store, and definitely better service. Been doing business with TO Mattress for the last 5-10 yrs and always buying mattresses there. One of the brands no longer manufactured (Cryselle) and the team recommended another brand similar to it. They delivered as promised and the bed was firmer than the one in the showroom. They typically ask customers 3 mos for breaking in, but because I was a long time customer, they called the manufacturer on my behalf and got them to remake and change the bed out right away. They also gave me a $150 worth of a king size gel on top until a replacement was sent to me. Super happy customer...always will come back.

I have never felt more comfortable and confident when making a big purchase than here with Lindee at her mattress store. She took the time to help find what was most comfortable for my wife and I. Great service and variety. I found the most comfortable pillow ever here called charcoal bamboo active dough. Unreal pillow sent from the heavens. Amazing!

I had a very good shopping experience at Thousand Oaks Mattress. The owner took the time to explain the construction features of each mattress and how they related to price. We were not rushed and were allowed to test a number of mattresses until we were satisfied with our selection.
