Came in to return some parts, and their hub driver noticed that my car was smoking, wasn't doing that before, Justin came out and helped disconnected everything and found the culprit, I had gotten my oil change earlier that day and they left a rag in there and it caught on fire. Justin thank you so much for helping me and putting out the fire and also getting it out of the fan! You are a rockstar!!

I just had a super scary moment where I was driving and I heard a clunk and my brakes weren’t working well.

Good thing i was in a neighborhood and not in a highway and there was no one in front of me because I would have definitely hit them. I had to use my hand brake to brake.

I found a safe spot and jacked my car up and checked the front brakes.

My driver side brakes was missing one brake pad, my passenger side was fine.

I slowly and safely drove to Autozone and got some parts. I asked the guy if I can go work on my car on their lot since driving like this would be hazardous and it was ok.

So i worked on my car and found that one of the caliper pistons locked up from lack of grease and that’s probably why the brake pad just came off. I cleaned and greased them and changed all the front brakes. Tested it and drove back home.

On 8/13/2023, I drove from Mt. Rainier back to home with my family. My car warned that the engine oil is nearly used up. I found this AutoZone shop and bought a quart of engine oil. I am lucky because I was the last client that day. Otherwise, my car might suffer big trouble if we continue driving without engine oil. They closed the door after we left.
Suddenly, my 13 year old son felt very sick in his belly, he wanted to go to restroom, he nearly lost consciousness due to belly pain. We went back and knocked the door for help. It was off time. But the staff reopened the door, and guided my son to their restroom. Finally my son felt better. I wanted to pay the staff for his time and kind help. But he refused. I appreciate all his kindness. I like the shop

Craig was so helpful! Going anywhere with a toddler is hard enough but he looked up everything I needed in a timely manner, and even went off and grabbed it all off the floor for me. Truly don’t know how much I appreciate that. I made the visit so quick and easy 10 out of 10 highly recommend going here ask for Craig was life saver for this mama .

They are very professional and quick to help me find what I need.

FEBRUARY 19TH: 9PM- My dad and I just had the best customer service we have had in a while. Mateo and the other amazing worker that was on the same closing shift helped us out and lended us some tools to help fix our trailer hitch. We have a good event early in the morning and we were struggling a lot with our trailer. They were just about to close, but they stuck around and helped us so we could fix our trailer to ride smoothly on the road, instead of having to go all the way out to the location to fix our issue.
If these two guys aren’t already managers, you need to promote them!!! They went above and beyond to help us, and are literally a god send. Thank you so much, this experience just made our night!!!

A new store within the last three years. Has a well stocked inventory of general automotive supplies. If you need to have specific parts for autos and trucks, you may have to order. The longest time I had to wait for an order to arrive was 3 days. The staff is more than helpful when ordering parts. Auto Zone does give 10% discount on all purchases to military and military retirees.

My father needed a hitch for his new trailer. We were there forever! Over an hour. They were amazingly helpful and the guy who helped us was very knowledgeable in what my father needed. He was also very patient! And don't forget, they give military & senior discounts.

I went in to find a lugnut breaker, and the guy behind the counter not only showed me where one was, he asked me if I knew what I was doing. He could have just sold it to me but he then proceeded to spend about 10 minutes explaining to me how to do it. You dont get that type of service in Walmart.

I didnt ask for any help so I guess thats the point. Its actual service and not just selling parts.

The customer service representative who helped us was very friendly and she was very proficient. the check engine light on our vehicle was on so we went in to have the codes red and she was extremely helpful even though they were busy after reading the codes she also priced all of the parts we would be needing I will definitely be returning to this location!

This guy went above and beyond to get a replacement warranty part. Absolutely great service!

I've never had an issue gettin the parts I need! Staff is great and it's close to my house so that's a plus! Keep up the good work guys!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. 99% of the time they have what you need in stock. Save a buck with Amazon and wait a couple days or if you need that part today they are the guys to go to.

Anthony was amazing, best customer service I've received since moving to Washington. I told him what I needed he gave me options and didn't try to sell the most expensive products to me. I'll be back to get chains for my tires.

Surprised they could order my starter for my 1978 Ford F 700. They were quick and it arrived a couple days later. They could use that order as points for the AutoZone card as they do the instore purchases. That would have added a whoppin 450$ to my points for bigger rewards.

Really helpful folks during my visits there. Helped diagnose a problem that likely would have been an expensive fix, which I was able to do myself instead.

All the gentleman at this auto parts store are quite pleasant and helpful the older gentleman that works there is just hilarious he's a jerk but at the same time it fits him perfect his customer service skills are number one I appreciate him and this AutoZone

Super helpful. The lady that helped me, ran a diagnostic, tested my battery,alternator and starter. We did not find the issue but I'm thankful for her help and time.

The clerk was awesome helping me fit my car with new wiper blades. He went above and beyond the duties of a clerk to ensure the wiper blade fit right.

I have always been able to get my needed parts here with no trouble. If for some reason they didn't have it, they tried to help find one at a different location.
