Friendly, fast, professional, “second set of eyes“-accuracy, never pushy with extras they offer. Had my oil changed here a few times, and I am always delighted by their service. Their techs greet you with a smile, and are friendly without overdoing it. They offer the other services without high-pressure-sales. I noticed that when they check the oil, they show a second person, so they have an extra set of eyes for accuracy in what they do.

The Team working on the morning of Saturday, May 4, 2024 were outstanding, and seemed to be creating and enjoying a positive and energetic work atmosphere!

I just had an oil change done today and let me tell you how amazing the staff is here. My baby was crying in the back and I needed to nurse him. They worked with me the entire oil change so that I could continue to feed my baby. They made me feel safe and valued. Thank you for being understanding of me needing to nurse my baby.

Always a pleasure going there. Quick, easy and great people. Very helpful ,polite, professional and even a touch jovial. If they weren't, I would go somewhere else.

This valvoline is usually well staffed and gets cars in and out pretty quickly. Everyone in there seems really knowledgeable and well trained, very friendly and thorough. I've never used the inside waiting area or bathroom so I can't comment on that.

Friendly. Thorough. Experienced. Methodical. The crew was a finely oiled machine (sure, pun intended). I got the feeling as I sat and watched they've been a team for some time. If not, they sure worked well together as a unit. Will be back in 3k miles for another oil change.

Service was great! I feel bad for the techs working and the leader on shift, due to a very irritate customer from days prior who was very aggressive. There is no need to treat staff like that and the guys working did a great job trying to calm him down. I work in the service industry and I would have called the cops on him as I was afraid of what he was going to do. Great job handling him and I wish everyone just would take a deep breath before talking to service workers!

It was very good service and didn't bug me to do extras to jack up the price. The young lady that waited on me was very good at what she does It would be my oil place from now on

Haven't been to a quick oil change place for years after so many bad experiences with jiffy lube. Couldn't get into my usual mechanic shop in time so tried them out and had a great experience

Fast, knowledgeable staff. Explained everything and made good recommendations.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. They work quickly and efficiently. This is our first time here and I prefer it hands down to the dealership. Not waiting for hours, and though I might be paying a little more it's worth it to not have to uproot and frustrate the kids. I love that we don't have to get out of the car and I can watch everything they're doing via cameras. Thoroughly impressed and will be back! Thank you!

Got us pulled in the bay in about 25 minutes which was not bad. They did a full thorough safety check on our car. Checked all the fluids and the pressure in the tires. They also changed our air filter.
They show you what they’re doing as you’re sitting in the car. It’s pretty cool because you get to see that they’re actually doing the work step-by-step. They make you feel like it’s a live interaction process.

I really must say that I was really impressed with their service today. They were very helpful they honored a discount for me that was expired but I really appreciate them doing that. When they didn't have to that just goes to show you how in-tune there are two customers and their needs. Damien and his manager Nathan were very helpful they were very knowledgeable and they kept me posted on anything that was going on with my car. I also want to give the manager Nathan a huge kudos for fixing my hood latch. I own the Lincoln Town Car just in case Nathan the manager there is reading this.

Today I needed a battery and they were quick and kind as usual. I have used them now for 3-4 years for all 3 of my vehicles. Trevon and the other guys working today were efficient, kind and truly seem to enjoy their job. In the past, they have honored coupons I have forgotten at home (as I always tend to do with coupons) and have done code reads for me even when I didn't get any service done. I will continue to bring my cars here for service.

WAY BETTER THAN I THOUGHT. This was a quick and easy in and out for my cars. I don't think I'll head back to the dealership after this with any of my commuters. 15min max with fluid and filter change. Staff friendly and clean.

I like them better than the Toyota dealership. No need for an appointment and they change my oil, check my fluids, check the air in my tires, check all my lights and check all my filters and oh yeah check my windshield wipers. Cost me less than the dealership too. Nice service.

Had to wait for a bit due to a busy hour, but that was my only complaint and not anything that they could really control. Was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and was told to let them know if I had any questions or concerns along the way. I let them know I was there for just the standard oil service, as my husband would take care of replacing any parts that were in need of an update; they simply gave recommendations as they moved along, felt no pressure to have them do any "extras." Overall, I was pleased with the experience and would return here for my next service.
