I give this place tons of credit. Had a weird customized order and wanted to try several sauces and they were very cooperative and made 100% sure I was satisfied. Not many McDonald’s locations can offer the kind of service this location can. Thank you!

No joke the fastest I’ve ever gotten food ever from anywhere and so fresh. And like tasted better than other McDonald’s??? I was coming back from backpacking so that could have been it but I honestly think they just did it better somehow. Excellent.

Always clean and on time. Exactly what you would expect. Consistency.
Sometimes employees throw shade, but not often.

Best service I've had at a McDonald's in ages. Got two chicken McCrispy's. They were delicious.

I just wanted to give a shout out to this location because I've been here a lot of the years and I pretty much always have a good experience. The service has always been better than I'd expect for the most part, rarely have issues with my order, you can tell the leadership at this location do a great job with training and supervising its employees. The one on 176th and Meridian on South Hill is a great example of a poorly run location. The Orting one is great!

So a gentleman, an employee, by the name of Travis helped us today! Best customer service I think I’ve had a McDonalds since I can remember!

I started using the McDonald's app and had my PayPal linked to it. My experience just gained stars. Nothing like walking in and skipping that damn kid at the cash register that can't change from a large drink paying with $5.09

They are hiring a bunch of new, young help and I just have to say that they aren't training them in Customer Etiquette. Basically "BE NICE TO CUSTOMERS!!!!"

Can't rate atmosphere, we went thru the drive thru, however this time I was impressed, hot, cooked to our order, the order was complete AND correct, and the employees were on their game! Overall great job!!

It was like a dream visit! Idk how to explain how good it was!

I pulled into the drive thru today and broke down ordering what would be my dogs last burger. Today was a hard day I had only ordered 2 things. One for my child and one for my dog. I was surprised when they asked me to pull to stall 1 but happy to have the few minutes to compose myself for the drive home. A beautiful person walked out and told me they asked me to pull forward because there was a warm apple fritter in there for me to remind myself there is still sweetness in the world on dark days like today.

Wow!! I want to give more than 5 stars! In my weakest moment in the midst of this awful pandemic and the unfortunate side affects of well lived, kindness was given. Compassion was shown. A simple treat and beautiful smiling eyes. Thank you for your kindness and please continue to share it even in dark days. 💜💜💜

We had an oops on my kiddos happy meal and got home to no nuggets, only apples and fries. I called and they immediately apologized and asked if I could come back to rectify the issue. When I got there they again apologized and had a replacement meal ready in seconds.itay have started negative but the end result was extremely positive.

Drive thru was busy but you guys were fast and efficient, food was hot and fresh, very friendly customer service and my family a and I left very satisfied. Thank you

I don't like McDonald's food but I decided to give it a try and the food was actually pretty good. Fried tastes fresh and the made my burger just as I ordered.

Clean, fast service, friendly, best one around.

They were very sweet with my little guy and since they didn't have the toy he wanted for his happy meal. They made sure the one that they had was alright. That made his day!!! It's nice that they did that for him.
