Supplement Superstore

I've been coming to Supplement Superstore for a little over a year now and have to say that they have by far the best customer service I've seen in any establishment. These people treat me well, help me find exactly what I need and have even offered to order from other stores if they are out of what I'm looking for. Occasionally I have to bring my children in with me and they treat them with great respect. So much so that my 3 year old has asked us to go back to the Supplement Store. Always helpful, never pushy, and they treat you like a friend.

Tiana was very helpful and friendly. She took proper time to understand my routine and my food choices ans helped me with the meal plan with appropriate supplements. The store has all sorts of supplements and amazing flavors for protein powder. Overall I had a great experience and would be shopping from here henceforth.

I love that I have access to a S2 so close. They have every brand of protein you can imagine. I get my supplements from there monthly. I love the customer service every time I walk in there.

Tiana was amazingly incredible. I went in on 5/2 and had many many questions, explained what my goal was and based off that she was able to point me in the right direction of what I was looking for. Great place for anyone's supplement needs! Whether your experienced or not, their team is extremely knowledgeable in regards to workouts and nutrition. Andrew helped me develop a plan for my caloric intake as well as macronutrients based off of my body and my goals. Would recommend to anyone with specific training goals or just wanting to improve health!

I didn’t know where to go to get myself back on track and eat healthier after a loss of appetite lately. So I saw this store and decided to go inside and was great with positive attitudes and compassionate personal trainers, Andrew and Thatcher. They have been so helpful and patient with me but did the walkthrough and pointed out the right supplements for me to help me get my nutrients and weight down since I am a picky eater and don’t like protein shakes. They learned something about me and introduction a few tasting samples and I enjoyed them so I bought what I needed to help me stay on track. I am definitely coming back for more and the other options that is waiting for me this week.

I can say with a doubt, I've found my new store. After moving into KC, I was afraid of finding a good, honest supplement store. I prefere to go to small business and not big box retailers and I'm glad I found S2! Helpful and genuinely cares about each person who walks into their stores. Listens to my needs and give great recommendations and don't push anything. 100% will recommend to anyone!!

Gotta say this place is top notch, Andrew and Thatcher get the five gold stars. They really know how to make you feel welcomed and heard. Also, they treat their in service customers with the upmost respect. This place is just not just a business, they truly do serve the community with the best intentions.

It always amazes me how friendly and knowledgable they are in this store. I don't think that I have ever gone in and not been greeted immediately with a smile. I will definitely keep coming back!

I visited this store for the first time today. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received. I spoke to Dylan while there, and he was super informative and very knowledgeable about the products they sell and with helping me understand how I can reach my body goals. I would definitely recommend this store!

Super polite and knowledgeable people who are amazing and supportive in hyping you up for your fitness goals. I hit a wall in my weight loss journey. Thanks to the supplement store and the amazing staff that had pointed me in the direction of this supplement, and it has been helping me out tremendously!!!

I felt so welcomed! I’m a beginner so he gave me a meal plan and supplements to start my weight loss journey. My kids were with me and they were getting a little antsy and the rep I was working with turned them a movie on and helped me to get my meal plan down! He was honestly so nice and understanding! I have to return about every two weeks to see my progress and as I walked out they both yelled out you can do this and see you in two weeks! I’m all smiles with motivation that I can stick to something! Thanks guys!

Went in to get some protein and walked out with a feeling that someone listened to me. Noah was kind, patient and full of knowledge. Went back for more and Dylan taught my sister and me more and purchased some supplements that changed my life over the past few months. Was able to stop taking two medications and I’m down 10 pounds since November. I feel I have a health care team in my back pocket and no appt needed. During this we started 75 Hard not even knowing Andy owned the company. We really feel blessed that we came in because it changed the direction of our lives. Ward Parkway store is absolutely amazing. The team there is always welcoming. The customer service is everything you could want that’s been missing in every brick and mortar store. Top notch!

This was easily the best experience I have ever had in a supplement store. From the start I was greeted by everyone and felt welcomed. The staff offered water and made sure they were available if I had any questions. What really stuck out to me was the fact they never tried to push a product on me, but we’re willing to answer any questions I had. Dylan was so informative and encouraging. He helped my wife and I to put together a good diet and fitness plan. From this experience alone, Supplement Superstore has gained a customer for life!
