Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We needed a heavy duty truck to tow some trailers for the farm, and also get some garbage bins that we got at the auction to repurpose as feeders for the cows and the sheep. Connor was just so helpful as well as Ms. curious, a polite and professional lady who got us in and out in a jiffy. we were quite impressed by their service. They also gave us a tow hitch and the pins. we will definitely run from the again because they fulfilled all the requirements of a good clean truck, full tank of gas, and in and out as fast as possible.

This review is long overdue - I rented a vehicle at this location in August 2023 and wanted to make an effort to provide a wonderful review for this location. The whole staff is so friendly, polite and attentive. The condition of the rental was topnotch and I was very pleased to have chosen this specific location. No issues with the vehicle and when I needed to add a driver stopping at another location, the whole experience there too was fast and efficient. Returning the rental was also pleasant and easy. I will definitely rent from Enterprise for all my travel/road trip needs. Thank you!

Rented a car from 03.05.2024 until 03.11.2024. Service was very good, it was easy to get it done. Check in was also easy and no hassle. Ryan was very friendly and professional. I give enterprise Olympia carriage loop 5 stars

I rented a Cargo van, which aren't priced per mile like other rentals until driving 300 mi. This is especially convenient if moving locally, and for me produces less stess than worrying about how many miles I've used while multiplying by milage rates and doing it multiple times daily to make certain I'm within budget. Rates per mile for rentals were markedly lower with Enterprise compared to others I checked (five companies total.) Debit cards are accepted and it's awesome! The vehicle itself was exceptional and I enjoyed driving it, with the Bluetooth handsfree touch screen stereo (music, calls, etc.,) being my number one fav feature, followed by ease of access to actual storage area, choose any one of the six total van doors. Overall access, interior hardware design, multiple comfort levels, a backup camera, great gas efficiency, and the spatial visibility being > or = a small compact car, are some of the reasons why I believe Enterprise deserves five stars and your future support.

Great people to work with. I hate new technology in cars, but this one wasn't too bad. At least it didn't talk to me every time I pushed the wrong button. Buick Envision. Their prices are reasonable and the car was clean when I picked it up.

The staff at this location is top notch and is extremely helpful! I am dealing with them because of an rental car exchange incident at another Enterprise location.

Winston, Hank and Justin have been very understanding and have provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at any rental car location. They are trying very hard to get my money back to me and I really appreciate it.

I have rented many many cars and a few trucks in my time, but I must say; perhaps the best experience I've ever had was at the Olympia, WA truck store and in particular, working with Connor Kulin and his team. Professional, Courteous, and very helpful. I highly recommend doing business with Enterprise in general and at their Olympia site in particular.

I've rented from Enterprise on Carriage Loop in Olympia a few different times. The other last time there was a malfunction on the car and the staff were responsive and fair for the difficulties it caused. Fairness in less than ideal situations really makes a difference to me so I wanted to say thanks here!

Oh I had great fun here. Since my friends only vehicle was the one left at Capitol Collision, insurance paid for a rental for 3 weeks. The Enterprise driver showed up. We all got in the car, me in the back. As I pulled the door shut the entire interior door panel came off! Driver said "what?". He slams the door shut, I heard something break, and he apologizes profusely saying we'll get a different car!

Get back to Enterprise, get signed up, registered and a new car shows up: new Toyota Camry, keyless entry. My friend, wearing his Vietnam Veteran's hat is blown away! Can't understand how a car starts without a piece of metal you poke into the dash somewhere!

The gal getting things set asks for his insurance number. He's confused. She asks, "Do you have the app?" I piped up, "look at his hat? Do you think he has "apps" ? He has a flip phone!

All is good. I spent the rest of the day convincing him he didn't need an actual key!

Simply the best car rental experience out there.
I don't even comparison shop anymore.
Ten minutes to pick up a car - always cheerful and courteous.
Having an organization like Enterprise in my neighborhood means I can be car-free most of the time - and rely on Enterprise when I need a vehicle.

Had a great and eazzzzzyyyyy experience here and highly recommended for anyone wit rental needs! Hayden and Darrius(managers) were professional, helpful, and buku polite. Them boys deserve a raise, promotion, and some PTO- if yall don't give it to em yall f*ckin up.

Enterprise is always good to us. We come to this Enterprise anytime we need a car. We were going on an extended vacation and we needed to make sure we got to where we had to go safe and sound. We received a free upgrade and extra fob and we got a very good price and we're pleased with Enterprise they've always done good with us. Prices are good too!!

We've been renting from Enterprise for more than 16 years, and the company as a whole has been great. This location has never yielded a bad experience either. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Having the option to be picked up has come in handy for unexpected changes in our schedule.
